Halloween Time has arrived, and the stores are now PACKED with merchandise. While there have been some items on the shelves for weeks, a lot of fun new merchandise has been added. Let’s take a look at our Disneyland Halloween Merchandise Guide for 2022!
[Note: Some of the same Halloween merchandise is also sold at various locations in Walt Disney World.]
Halloween Shopping Deal
Anyone collecting Disney merchandise will tell you that the cost can add up quickly. Thankfully, Disney announced a limited-time 30 percent shopping discount for Disneyland Magic Key Holders, available to all tiers. This deal will be available from September 21 through October 14.
What’s New?
Here’s the new merchandise we spotted on the first day of Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort. From Mickey Mouse to Jack Skellington and everything pumpkin-flavored in between, there’s something for everyone.
Mickey and Friends
Half black and half orange, this Spirit Jersey practically screams “Halloween.” On the front is a little Mickey image, while the back is haunted by ghosts sporting Mickey Ears! It will also say “Disneyland Resort” or “Walt Disney World Resort,” depending on where you purchase the garment.
The all-over print on these joggers matches the hoodie released earlier.
Mickey, dressed as a pumpkin, hides inside this pumpkin-shaped candy dish. It’s pumpkin-ception!
Villains
This set of six magnet frames includes frames themed to the Evil Queen, Ursula, Cruella, the Hag, the Queen of Hearts, and Maleficent. Which villain is your favorite?
This crossbody bag is pretty tiny, but what it lacks in size, it makes up for in villain imagery. The two front pockets feature the Evil Queen, Hades, Ursula, and Jafar, with each baddie’s symbols decorating the shoulder strap.
This iPhone case also uses villains’ emblems, overlaying them on a slightly-shimmering black and gold base.
Hades has a hot new line of clothing, including a hat, split tee, hooded long-sleeve shirt, and jogger pants. Who knew he was so fashion-forward?
Not to be outshone by the God of Death, the Evil Queen has a snazzy jacket, and it is loaded with details. The lining reads, “Who’s the fairest?” And on the lapel is the “dagger in heart” symbol from the box she gave the huntsman when she demanded he cut out Snow White’s heart.
If you identify as a “Hot Head” or the “Queen of Mean,” these desk placards help you proclaim your status to the world … or at least everyone at the office.
The Skeleton Dance
Count down time while Mickey runs around terrified on this hour glass.
Now, this is a carafe that makes a statement. The stopper is shaped like a skull, with dancing skeletons circling the bottle.
This ice bucket has art on one side and the Silly Symphony logo on the other.
This wine opener is a unique concept with a fun design.
A skeleton, joined by two cats, is the focal point of this women’s V-neck shirt.
This crewneck sweatshirt is decorated with a scene from the Silly Symphony cartoon.
The same scene from the sweatshirt is also printed on this shirt.
The skeletons on this sturdy zip-up jacket are more prominent than on the sweatshirt and hoodie, and you’ll even find some on the sleeves!
Simple yet effective, skeletons dance along the waist of this crewneck sweatshirt.
Similar to the crewneck sweatshirt, the dancing skeletons are the stars of this hoodie.
Hocus Pocus
This candy bowl is shaped like a cauldron, just like the matching mug we saw a few weeks ago. One side of the bowl has the three Sanderson Sisters mid-flight, while the other side shows Binx the cat with the phrase, “Trouble is brewing.”
The Haunted Mansion
This Hatbox Ghost pet costume is a darling concept, but the hat attaches to your pet’s head via ear loops, and I can’t help wondering how long a dog or cat would tolerate that.
Madame Leota and the Hatbox Ghost plastic medallions and fake jewels cover this Haunted Mansion headband.
This card holder is shaped like the signage for the Haunted Mansion. It attaches with a reel clip.
This stylish kid’s shirt has a print that includes Madame Leota and different icons from her seance room, and a decorative tie on the side of the shirt adds a bit of flair.
This “Foolish Mortal” cap has a weathered look to, much like the interior of the Haunted Mansion.
This tombstone-shaped cushion is another piece of Madame Leota merchandise, with an image of the medium printed on the front. “The Haunted Mansion” is embroidered on the back.
This set of four appetizer plates includes designs of Madame Leota, the hitchhiking ghost trio, the Hatbox Ghost, and Walt Disney World’s Haunted Mansion.
The Nightmare Before Christmas
No need to be afraid of the dark with this battery-powered zero light.
A stylized image of Zero decorates the front of this long-sleeve baby onesie.
This kid’s shirt highlights two sides of Jack Skellington’s personality.
Vampire Teddy and Scary Duckie just want to be your friends, and this shirt is here to prove it.
This pet shirt features the same aesthetic seen on much of the Nightmare Before Christmas merchandise released this season.
It seems that Jack’s ghost dog Zero wants a playdate with your loving pup, and with a bit of Disney magic, his wish came true! This two-piece Zero dog toy includes a stuffed Zero (with squeaker!) and his dog house.
Marvel
A pile of different Marvel hero-inspired Jack o’lanterns sits beside the moniker “Bravest Pumpkin in the Patch” on this baby onesie.
More Halloween Fun
This Princess Tiana pet costume includes a wig and a charming interpretation of the princess’s lovely lilypad-inpsired dress.
Mickey and Friends
It wouldn’t be a seasonal celebration without Mickey and his pals joining in on the festivities.
Apparel
Similar to the blazer worn by the David S. Pumpkins character seen on Saturday Night Live, the print on this jacket is covered with pumpkins (Mickey pumpkins, in this case). It has glow-in-the-dark elements and comes with a light-up bowtie.
Your pet can camouflage itself within the nearest pumpkin patch with the help of this Mickey Pumpkin pet costume. A pair of plush pumpkins shaped like Mickey’s head sits on the sides of the outfit.
Mickey and company are sneaking about on the periphery of this shirt, perhaps hiding from the ghost on the front.
This all-over print is on a large number of Halloween merchandise for 2022, and this kid’s zip-up hoodie is another example.
The Disneyland “D” is easy to miss against the Halloween-themed print on this zip-up hoodie.
The craziness of the candy-filled holiday has consumed the print on this camp shirt.
This V-neck shirt for women has a slightly less busy print than what we’ve seen on a number of the other Mickey-related items.
Mickey and his pals are trick-or-treating in Fantasyland! Bats swarm the castle in the background. And the phrase “My Spooky Place,” a play on Disney’s “My Happy Place” slogan, is printed below.
The message, “Happy Halloween 2022,” is surrounded by creepies and crawlies in a Hidden Mickey shape on this graphic T-shirt.
Mickey Mouse is acting rather batty on this adult graphic tee, but don’t worry; he says he’s “feeling fangtastic!”
This kid’s graphic tee wishes everyone “Happy Halloween” with the message surrounded by different pumpkins carved to resemble Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald, Chip, and Dale (interestingly, Pluto is left out).
Pumpkin Spice is not only the unofficial smell of fall, but it’s also the theme of this Minnie Mouse kid’s graphic tee.
Minnie is joined by a few pals on this purple kid’s shirt. “Disneyland Resort” is embroidered on the left sleeve.
The kid’s style of Mickey Spirit is all acid-washed orange, with Mickey surrounded by friendly ghosts on the back. The back will also say “Disneyland Resort” or “Walt Disney World Resort,” depending on where you purchase it.
Kids can look bewitching in this Minnie Witch costume. The matching hat is sold separately.
Yes, even the household pet gets a seasonal Spirit Jersey!
Accessories
This vibrant Ear Headband has the same colorful cast of ghosts and ghouls found on much of the Mickey and friends-themed merchandise. But what makes this one extra special is the Ear Hat-wearing ghost at the center of the headband’s bow.
Covered in a Halloween Mickey print, these squishy Crocs will help cushion your feet during a long night of trick or treating. Mickey Jibbits embellishes the fronts of the shoes.
Disney Halloween Decor and Other Home Goods
A ghost wandered into your kitchen to haunt this kitchen towel (and maybe sneak a cookie).
Just in case trick-or-treaters forget their traditional greeting on Halloween night, Mickey and Donald wait on this doormat to remind them to say “Trick or Treat!”
Shaped like a Hidden Mickey, the Halloween wreath has a wooden base with costumed versions of Mickey and his friends serving as embellishments along with a cheery “Happy Halloween” greeting.
You’ll need to ask a Cast Member for help if you want to take this giant decorative Mickey Pumpkin home. It has a disco ball-style light on the inside. This is a very popular item and frequently sells out for the day early. If this is on your Halloween wishlist, you should make it a priority to stop into a store early on your Disneyland visit.
Pillows shaped like a Mickey pumpkin and an Ear Hat-wearing ghost make up this Halloween decorative home goods set.
This throw blanket has so many friends hidden among the Halloween imagery that you could play “find the character” while cuddling up.
This ghost hides a scented wax candle under its head.
There’s no need to carve this Mickey-shaped pumpkin. Just stick a votive candle in the back, and you are good to go.
Join Mickey and Minnie as they count down the days until Halloween on this countdown calendar.
This foaming soap dispenser pumps out a Hidden Mickey-shaped pile of foamy soap. And just in time for Halloween, the handy device has a wrapping covered with Mickey and pals in their Halloween costumes.
Miscellaneous Mickey and Friends Merchandise
Aren’t these Mickey and Minnie plushes charming? Mickey is in a pumpkin costume, and Minnie is dressed as a cat.
If your keys go missing, you can blame the ghost on this keychain.
Little lights shaped like candy, ghosts, and Mickey pumpkins decorate this novelty necklace.
This light-up model resembles a Mickey Mouse pumpkin like last year’s candy bucket. However, this time, the front of the ears is covered with a menagerie of cutesy creepies and candies.
If a candy bucket isn’t your trick or treating style, there is also a tote bag option.
This Mickey pumpkin bubble wand not only shoots little bubbles out the top but also lights up.
Let your car or fridge get into the Halloween spirit by decorating it with these die-cut magnets.
This slap bracelet has characters on the front and reads “Happy Halloween!” on the back.
Even your smart devices can dress up!
Store your merchandise purchases in this season’s purchase-with-purchase promotional tote bag, decorated with a Mickey Pumpkin on the front. It costs $24.99, with a purchase of $40 or more, after discounts.
Inside the parks, you can find an array of collectible items like sippers and popcorn buckets.
A Very Star Wars Halloween
It seems Halloween is even celebrated in galaxies far, far away, if these Star Wars Halloween items are any indication. We found these at the Star Wars Trading Post in Downtown Disney, but they may also be in other locations.
Apparel
The charming costumed droids are the stars of this kid’s shirt and kid’s zip-up hoodie. The Star Wars logo (hidden within a large piece of candy corn) and the exclamation “Spooky!” is also included on both garments.
Grogu helps your little one get ready for those “little tricks” and “big treats” that Halloween is known for with this long-sleeve onesie.
The droids take the night off for some candy-filled fun on the art for this pullover hoodie. I love that Disney superimposed a Jack o’ Lantern over the Star Wars logo.
Regardless of the outside temperature, a cheery Grogu Halloween women’s shirt is ready to wear for the occasion.
Decor and Other Home Goods
If you need some help cleaning up the kitchen after a Halloween shindig, Grogu is happy to assist with this set of kitchen towels.
Grogu peeks out from inside this Jack o’Lantern candy dish. But, don’t worry, he is happy to share his goodies with you.
The hovering pram we usually associate with Grogu is swapped out for a pumpkin in this ornament.
Miscellaneous Star Wars Halloween Merchandise
Little Grogu dressed as a mummy for this sweet-as-a-candy-bar plush toy.
R7-FNG’s color scheme evokes the traditional Vampire attire seen in old movies.
But if you are looking for more than just one droid, every piece in this set of four figures is themed to Halloween.
Star Wars-loving pin traders will undoubtedly be interested in these pins that match the different seasonal droid models.
Marvel Halloween Assembles
It makes sense why the characters of the Marvel Cinematic Universe would love Halloween. After all, they are already in costume!
Apparel
Brotherly love is no match for sugary treats, judging by this Thor and Loki “Will trade brother for candy” kid’s shirt.
This kid’s hoodie has different jack o’lanterns with many Marvel heroes’ emblems covering the garment.
A trio of lollipops sticks out of this Marvel-themed zip-up hoodie’s right pocket. The lining on the hood is also covered in candy.
Even the embroidered ghosts appear frightened of Thanos, who is just chilling near the bottom of this kid’s shirt.
Decor and Other Home Goods
Fill this candy dish up with sweets to create the illusion that Groot is bathing in them.
Miscellaneous Marvel Halloween Merchandise
Groot jumps out of this Jack o’ Lantern to wish you a “Happy Halloween!” The plant-like alien has embroidered facial features, while the Rocket Raccoon “carving” on the pumpkin is screen-printed.
The Skeleton Dance
Many will remember “The Skeleton Dance” as the memorably macabre Silly Symphony short where skeletons … well, dance. These fan-favorite boney fellows now star on their own line of merchandise.
Apparel
Different scenes from the Silly Symphony cartoon play out across the print on this camp shirt.
Accessories
This acid wash hat has a quartet of skeletons doing their thing on the front.
Lurking in the acid-washed black exterior of this crossbody bag are scenes from “The Skeleton Dance,” along with a patch bearing the short’s title. The bag has a main compartment and an additional, smaller pocket on the front, both with zippered closures.
Decor and Other Home Goods
You won’t have a bone to pick with the vintage feel of this toothpick holder.
Liven up your dining table with this reversible table runner, full of merry-making skeletons.
One of “The Skeleton Dance” ‘s many skeletons stands menacingly over a tombstone on the front of this ice bucket. The bucket is glass, while the lid and accompanying tongs are metal.
No need to be afraid of the dark with this lantern lighting your way.
If you were hoping for Halloween merchandise decorated with more than just skeletons getting their groove on, this set of four glasses includes other scenes from the Silly Symphony short, like specters terrorizing Mickey, along with those calcified dancing machines.
Perhaps the most sinister-looking of the bunch, this incense burner has a giant skeleton jumping out from behind a tombstone, flanked by a pair of (silently) yowling cats, and with a full moon in the background. When the incense is lit, a smoky fog emanates from behind this ghastly scene.
A skeleton does a happy jig along tombstones in this diorama-like ornament.
If you’re a Magic Keyholder, be on the lookout for the Magic Key Skeleton Dance tumbler in the parks!
Disney Villains
Halloween is the perfect holiday to show your darker side, and the Disney Villains are here to help.
Apparel
The majority of this Spirit Jersey is covered in an all-over print that includes various Disney villains’ portraits. The message along the shoulder blades reads “Up to No Good” in puffy lettering.
Accessories
Adopt these villains’ electrifying hairdos with these light-up headbands.
Decor and Home Goods
Villains may find coal in their stockings at Christmas, but that doesn’t stop them from getting some representation on ornaments.
The Haunted Mansion
The spookiest attraction of them all gets a mansion-sized amount of new merchandise.
Apparel
Inspired by the hitchhiking ghost trio, this sleeveless shirt features cartoon-like art of Phineas, Ezra, and Gus, and the warning, “Beware of hitchhiking ghosts,” printed on the breast pocket.
Creepy never looked so cozy! This duster has a cowl neck and a wallpaper motif intarsia-knit into the fabric.
The design on the back of this sturdy button-up jacket has a whole swinging wake’s worth of ghosts.
The pattern for this sleep set is inspired by the stripes on the Ghost Host and Hostess costumes used by cast members on the Haunted Mansion, along with a nod to the mansion’s serpent-like door handles. The set includes a long-sleeved button-up shirt and a pair of drawstring shorts.
On the sleeves and chest of this quilted kid’s jacket are cutesy versions of the Haunted Mansion’s residents. Segments of sherpa fleece add to the coziness of the cover-up.
The all-over print on this short-sleeve shirt (though more akin to a shirt-dress or tunic) includes many happy haunts, like the hitchhiking ghosts, the caretaker Silas, and his poor pup Bones (note to Disney: Bones deserves more merchandise).
A frequent Disneyland guest will notice that the mansion depicted in this short-sleeved raglan shirt is from Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom. But the location still promises “a tomb with a view.”
The mansion’s murderous bride, Constance, is the focus of this short-sleeved hoodie. She appears on the garment with an added glittery effect, along with the words, “You may now kiss the bride.”
The quote from Madame Leota, “Call in the spirits wherever they’re at,” echoes across the front and left sleeve of this long sleeve polo shirt. The psychic’s disembodied head floats near the right shoulder in the form of an appliqué patch.
Madame Leota advertises her psychic services on this women’s shirt.
Sinister art of the hitchhiking ghosts are featured on the front of this tie-dyed sleeveless shirt, along with the words “The Haunted Mansion.”
The image of one of the attraction’s bat stanchions is printed on the front of this button-up shirt, with an invitation to visit the Haunted Mansion on the back.
This raglan shirt is themed to the Haunted Mansion’s stretching room, full of unfortunate portraits. The art used imitates a guest’s perspective as they watch the room mysteriously stretch, with a paraphrased Ghost Host quote, “Is this room actually stretching?”
Both this layered-look pullover hoodie (it is really only one layer) and this women’s button-up utilize a blue plaid fabric and neon green lettering.
This pullover hoodie warns that “a ghost will follow you home,” and if you look at the kangaroo pocket, you’ll see they were right! Phineas pokes out from the corner of the pocket as he hitches a ride to your place. The lining on the hoodie is full of quotes from the attraction.
This tie-dyed Spirit Jersey is undoubtedly eye-catching, with a Haunted Mansion logo on the front chest and Madame Leota conducting a seance on the back.
The mansion’s ghosts are taking a tropical holiday in the print on this button-up shirt by Tommy Bahama.
The print used on these lounge pants is a distressed version of the mansion’s all-seeing wallpaper.
These shorts, which are great for sleeping or simply lounging, are covered in phrases you’ll hear as you ride through The Haunted Mansion.
These simple grey sweatpants have the Haunted Mansion’s initials on the left thigh.
The all-over print on this Disney Dress Shop Dress is full of images of Madame Leota, the Hatbox Ghost, Constance’s hatchet, and a belfry’s worth of bats.
There are several glow-in-the-dark elements on this kid’s shirt with Ezra, Phineas, and Gus on it.
Accessories
This dapper Ear Headband includes many nods to the Haunted Mansion. The fabric used on the “ears” is similar to that found on the Ghost Host and Ghost Hostess Cast Member costumes. The bow attached to the tiny top hat features fabric with a print mimicking the wallpaper that lines the mansion’s halls. And the attraction’s initials are embroidered on the hat, as well.
The “ears” on this Ear Headband are cartoon versions of the wedding photos of Constance and her poor, now-headless former husbands. White faux flowers top the headband with a veil attached to the back.
Glistening fake pearls add to Madame Leota’s ethereal charm on this cap.
A stylized version of the stretching room’s portraits are printed on the outside of this bucket-style crossbody bag. It closes with a cinch top.
This small backpack has Constance and one of her beaux engraved on the front, along with shimmery wedding portrait patches.
The charm on this bangle bracelet by Alex and Ani is one of Constance’s wedding photos.
The singing busts of the mansion’s graveyard can serenade your shoes over the course of the day on these glow-in-the-dark socks.
Decor and Other Home Goods
Weighted blankets are purported to relieve stress, and what could be more relaxing than a sheet full of menacing eyes watching you? Fun fact: this thing weighs a hefty 12 pounds!
Likenesses of the victims of the Stretching Room portraits appear as a set on the front of this decorative pillow. The mansion’s classic wallpaper print is on the backside.
All sorts of Haunted Mansion icons are etched into the base of this glass carafe. You’ll spot Disneyland’s and Magic Kingdom’s mansions, Madame Leota, bat stanchions, Constance’s hatchet, and others.
This set of toasting flutes is great for those hoping to add a little Haunted Mansion into their wedding celebration. One has the Hatbox Ghost etched on it and the other has Constance.
One of the mansion’s gargoyles will happily guard your baked goods on this creepy cakestand.
You may recall seeing headstones for Brother Dave and Good Old Fred in the Haunted Mansion’s cemetery in Walt Disney World. And now, they are available as bookends.
One of the mansion’s doorknockers has shrunk and taken the form of a magnet.
Constance declares herself a heartbreaker on this ominous-looking nameplate.
There are even a number of ornaments inspired by the residents of the Haunted Mansion.
An image of Madame Leota is hidden at the bottom of this pet food dish.
Interestingly, this dog toy featuring the singing busts doesn’t squeak but is instead a rope chew toy.
Miscellaneous Haunted Mansion Merchandise
This set of two Popsocket Popgrips includes a haunted wallpaper style and one that takes after Madame Leota’s crystal ball.
The cover of this journal includes Madame Leota on the front and some of Constance’s wedding photos on the back. A pen, sticker sheets, and set of paper clips are packaged with the journal on the inside.
You don’t need a crystal ball to know it gets pretty darn hot in Southern California this time of year, but Madame Leota is happy to lend a figurative hand on the folding fan.
And now, a ghost will follow you home! Choose between Gus, Ezra, and Phineas Park Pals clip-on character figures.
Hocus Pocus
Salem’s sinister Sanderson Sisters star in some seasonal stuff.
Apparel
Tons of colorful art covers this already colorful Hocus Pocus Spirit Jersey.
Decor and Home Goods
Prepare your morning brew in this cauldron-like coffee mug and its matching spoon. When it is full of a hot liquid, the outside appears to overflow with a green potion spilling down the sides. I am sure that is just how the Sanderson Sisters start their morning.
A lighthearted image of the Sanderson Sisters in flight decorates the side of this travel tumbler by Corkcicle. The bewitching trio hovers near a bubbling cauldron and the warning that “trouble is brewing.”
The sisters go cutesy in this plush set. The three plush dolls are stuffed into a cauldron.
Winifred, Sarah, and Mary get in on the ornament game. The witch trio stands atop a cauldron emitting sparkly green fumes.
The Nightmare Before Christmas
Is Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas a Halloween movie or a Christmas one? It is a tough call, but either way, new merchandise from the movie has made its way to the Parks.
Apparel
Here’s another spin on the David S. Pumpkins “costume,” but with a glow-in-the-dark Jack Skellington print substituting for a pumpkin one. Like the Mickey style, it also comes with a light-up bowtie.
Jack cares deeply for his ghostly pup Zero, and now he can help keep your pet cozy with this hooded pet sweater decorated with his face on the back.
Are you more of a Jack fan or a Zero lover? Choose the shirt that best suits you.
Sometimes the scariness calls for a hint of sparkles, like the sequins on this kid’s sweatshirt.
Many of the items have a funky anaglyph 3D effect (the kind that would take red and blue 3D glasses to see).
Jack makes his best impression of a skull and crossbones on the print of this windbreaker.
This Oogie Boogie shirt is great for kids who aren’t afraid of things that go “bump” in the night.
Jack confesses his love for Sally on this heartfelt women’s shirt.
Profiles of The Nightmare Before Christmas’s characters cover the exterior of this adult-sized windbreaker.
Sweet Sally is the central figure of this violet-hued kid’s hoodie.
This creepy-cute girl’s shirt is full of Jack Skellington’s head and frightful phrases.
This Zero kid’s shirt is admittedly not new, having made its debut last Halloween season. But the ghostly dog is still “full of spirit.”
Accessories
Jack’s face sits off-center on the front of the right “ear” on this relatively simple Ear Headband.
This Sally-themed Ear Headband is the perfect accessory for a Disneybound outfit.
Similar to the adult’s windbreaker, panels with different characters decorate this tote bag.
Jack’s disembodied head serves the front pocket of this backpack.
Oogie Boogie’s mocking countenance is embroidered on the front of this hat, joined by several bugs on the visor.
These two Ear Headbands were so popular last year that they made an encore appearance this Halloween season.
Decor and Other Home Goods
Jack’s many facial expressions cover this tumbler. The included straw also has a charm resembling the Pumpkin King.
Out-of-focus versions of Jack, Sally, Zero, and Oogie Boogie, appear on the outside of this stainless steel water bottle.
This Halloween countdown clock made to match the one seen in the movie is a clever piece of decor.
Oogie Boogie’s mischievous henchmen (hench-kids?), Lock, Shock, and Barrel, can guard your jewelry and other valuables in this trinket tray-shaped like their bizarre walking bathtub.
Is it just me, or does the art on this Jack Skellington throw blanket look like it would require 3D glasses?
Miscellaneous Nightmare Before Christmas Merchandise
Jack’s freaky face not only scares off those attempting to steal cards from this PopWallet+, but also serves as a traditional PopSocket phone grip and stand.
The latest to join the Cuddleez line of huggably soft plushes is Jack Skellington and Sally. However, unlike the other characters in this line, the frightful couple is not napping and has open eyes. It seems a little unsettling, but perhaps that is fitting.
And here is another character folding fan, this time themed to Jack Skellington. This particular fan has a Zero charm dangling from the handle.
Even More Halloween Merchandise!
Is this small Stich plush dressed as a vampire or just a really creepy butler? You decide.
For those who want to wear Ear Headbands with a hit of fall flavor but don’t want to go whole-hog on the Halloween look, there is an acid wash orange and black design that would fit well with a number of outfits.
And what is Halloween without candy? Here are the sweet treats sold for the occasion.
Beyond the Witch Minnie costume seen earlier, there are plenty of other disguises to dress up in for Halloween.
Halloween Decor at Disneyland
It’s not just Halloween merchandise around Disneyland; themed decorations are also cropping up as well.
World of Disney in Downtown Disney
Guests walking along the outside of World of Disney will notice that the store’s window displays have been changed to fit the upcoming season. The theme and art match what we see on the Mickey and Friends Halloween merchandise.
The main room of World of Disney has also been possessed by the spirit of Halloween. The giant Mickey pumpkin is once again on display, and themed vignettes are projected on the wall and floor. Guests will also notice Halloween music played as you shop the area.
The mannequins look as though they are gearing up for trick or treating, armed with totes and candy buckets.
Disneyland Park’s Plaza Point
Even if it was not intentional, the dead-eyed child dolls that greet you as you enter Plaza Point are arguably the creepiest decoration in the entire store. Their flower fairy costumes are cute, though.
Masks, costume hats, and flickering candles decorate the top of the shelves near the register.
A wreath hangs outside one of the store’s windows with cat faces facing toward the street and skulls facing into the store. The eyes light up in a spooky yet inviting way (and are still less off-putting than the trio of dolls near the entrance).
The Starbucks windows are once again haunted on Main Street.
Love the details like the teeth and eyeballs on the plants!
And if you have a fear of reading… this one is for you…
Here is a video of the Plaza Point with its new decorations, courtesy of Andy Castro:
Halloween Merchandise Online
Even if a Disneyland visit during Halloween Time isn’t in the cards for your family, Disney has plenty of other ways to get into the spirit. You’ll find everything needed for a hauntingly good Halloween celebration online! Here’s a look at some merchandise available now or later this fall from shopDisney and other online retailers.
Disney Halloween Costumes
Mirabel Costume for Kids ($49.99) and Costume Accessory set ($34.99)
Encanto won Disney fans over with its catchy tunes, beautiful scenery, and loveable characters, especially the heroine Mirabel. This kid’s costume uses a mixture of embroidered and screen-printed art on the skirt, bodice, and sleeve to emulate Mirabel’s colorful fashion sense. Round out the look with the themed accessory set that includes a wig, her glasses, clip-on earrings, and butterfly hairclip.
Rex Inflatable Costume for Kids ($79.99) and for Adults ($119.99)
Those blow-up dinosaur costumes have been all the rage for years, and now they’ve taken a Toy Story spin with this Rex costume. The wearer can see through a transparent panel at the mouth. The suit uses a battery-operated fan to inflate it.
Adaptive Costumes: Elsa, Cinderella, Jasmine (coming soon to shopDisney), Black Panther, the Mandalorian, Mr. Incredible, and Buzz Lightyear ($49.99 each)
Lightyear ($49.99 each)
These costumes include features to accommodate kids who use wheelchairs, walkers, or have other disabilities that make different Halloween outfits challenging to wear. For example, the backs of the costumes are open, making them more comfortable while worn in a wheelchair. And they also have a flap opening (with a self-stick closure) at the front to allow for easy tube access. Additionally, the pant or skirt length is longer to accommodate seated trick or treaters. The costumes for Cinderella, Mr. Incredible, The Mandalorian, and Buzz Lightyear also have matching wheelchair covers ($49.99 each).
Mickey Mouse Halloween Skeleton Romper for Baby ($34.99)
The perfect blend of snuggly and spooky, this baby romper transforms your young one into a Mickey Mouse skeleton, which for some reason, is a lot cuter than it sounds. The bones on the body of the outfit glow in the dark.
Lilo Deluxe Costume for Adults ($39.99) and Stitch Costume for Adults ($64.99)
These would make such cute couples costumes. The Lilo one includes her red floral dress plus a glittery hibiscus hair clip. Pair it with the kigurumi Stitch costume, and you’ve got a match made in Hawaii.
Other Halloween Fun
Halloween Mickey Crocs ($59.99, coming soon to shopDisney)
Covered in a Halloween Mickey print, these squishy Crocs will help cushion your feet during a long night of trick or treating. Mickey Jibbits embellish the fronts of the shoes.
Groot Jack o’ Lantern Plush ($22.99)
Groot jumps out of this Jack o’ Lantern to wish you a “Happy Halloween!” The plant-like alien has embroidered facial features, while the Rocket Raccoon “carving” on the pumpkin is screen-printed.
Star Wars: The Black Series Halloween Edition Clone Trooper and Wookie ($27.99, coming this fall to Target and Walmart, respectively)
Star Wars gets a little scary with these Halloween Edition Star Wars: The Black Series action figures. A Clone Trooper and a Wookie have dressed up in costumes and come packaged with themed accessories. The toys’ designs are clever, and I love their accessories, especially the Clone Trooper’s vampire Porg toy.
The Haunted Mansion Dooney & Bourke Collection – Satchel ($298), Tote ($268), Wristlet Wallet ($158)
If you are a fan of the sillier style seen on some of the Haunted Mansion merchandise this season, you’ll love this Dooney & Bourke collection, which includes a satchel, tote, and wristlet wallet. A collage of different Haunted Mansion characters covers each piece.
