Destination D23 2025 has come and gone, leaving behind many wonderful memories. Beyond the many panels and all the exciting news was a treasure trove of merchandise available to attendees. Much of the highly sought-after goods were exclusive to the event and sold directly from Disney. But the Ink and Paint Marketplace housed third-party companies that create excellent licensed Disney products, many of which collectors can acquire without having a badge. Read on to find out the who, what, when, and how of scoring this merchandise!

Lug
Lug was the presenting sponsor of Destination D23 2025, and they even provided some very swanky bags as gifts for attendees. Being the biggest sponsor of the event, it was no surprise that their booth in the Ink and Paint Marketplace was the most expansive. It was also the one that greeted guests as they entered the area, where they would first cast their eyes on what I call the Great Wall of Lug.

These two large displays housed many of the company’s Disney-themed bags, which are now or have previously been available at Disney Parks and Resorts. The majority were Skeeter Mini convertible crossbody bags, which Lug will continue to focus on for their Disney releases.

Their Destination D23 booth also displayed two of Lug’s most recent Disney releases, a Sorcerer Mickey style and a Muppets design created for the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival 2025.
We were also treated to a preview of the Lug Skeeter Mini bags that will be coming soon to Disney Parks. Before we dive into them in more detail, here is a short video from the tour:

The first of the trio of new Skeeter Minis was this Holiday Mickey style. The embroidered snowflakes on the front make a perfect accent to Mickey Mouse’s jolly face on the pocket. His cap has the same plaid pattern used in the bag’s lining and strap. And the “Merry Christmas” message, surrounded by snowflakes of various sizes, hides on the back.
The second, created for the Pixar Place Hotel at the Disneyland Resort, is my personal favorite of the three. The front pocket replicates the Luxo ball image found in the hotel’s logo. And the character art on the exterior pays homage to the tile art that decorates the Small Bytes pool bar. Plus, a patch depicting the signage for the hotel is sewn onto the back as well. These thoughtful details make this style an immediate “must-buy” for me once it becomes available.
And Pixar fans get an extra slice of representation with the Pizza Planet design. The front pocket has the Toy Story-based pizzeria’s logo on the front pocket with the iconic Pizza Planet truck (which is used as a perpetual Easter Egg in Pixar films). And the checkered lining and strap completes the theming.
Fans can look forward to all three of these designs arriving in Disney Parks (or in the Pixar Place Hotel design, a Disney Resort hotel) by November of this year.
Ravensburger
Ravensburger’s wildly popular trading card game, Disney Lorcana, recently launched its latest expansion called Fabled. Their booth was hard to miss with its giant photo op, made to imitate the art on Fabled’s two rarest cards.

In addition to tons and tons of booster packs and player decks for the expansion, accessories, such as playmats with various card art, were offered.

To protect their new acquisitions, Ravensburger sold two card sleeves with designs from the Fabled expansion.

There was also the new 9-card-per-page portfolio, which featured Disney Princess art from the cards.
In the future, Disney Lorcana fans can also look forward to a smaller 4-card-per-page portfolio, which is designed for those hoping to collect and trade on the go. The binder easily fits into a mini backpack, a common park-going accessory. It will also include a guide to the different card rarities and several booster packs. This release aims to cater to fans who focus more on the collecting and trading aspect of Disney Lorcana.
Ravensburger emphasized that there was no wrong way to appreciate Disney Lorcana, whether you play the game, enjoy the excitement and surprise of opening a fresh booster pack, or simply appreciate the gorgeous art found on the cards – all are valid.
The Glimmers of the Realm puzzles (sold separately), themed to the different ink colors in the game, merged Ravensburger’s much-beloved puzzles with the world of Disney Lorcana. These four (Amber, Emerald, Ruby, and Sapphire) are available directly from Ravensburger and everywhere else their puzzles are sold. Their Amethyst and Steel puzzles, which were not available at the event, will be exclusive to Disney Parks and Disney Store.

And of course, we couldn’t skip mentioning the medley of other Disney puzzles Ravensburger brought with them. Unlike the 1000-piece Glimmers of the Realm puzzles, these were 300 pieces each. However, you’ll find them in the same locations as the other puzzles.

Since the latest teaser for Magic Kingdom’s Villains Land was unveiled at Destination D23, it seems fitting that Ravensburger had their latest entries in their Disney Villainous board game series, Treacherous Tides and Unstoppable!, in stock at the event. The former is the first in the series to include a live-action character, Davy Jones, and the latter is a more streamlined version of the game, aiming to make it more accessible to families. These games are

The Gravitrax games just recently had Disney licenses added to them, although the toys themselves are not new. Unlike Disney Lorcana or Villainous, Gravitrax doesn’t have a “win condition,” and instead, the goal is simply to build an obstacle course-like track for your marbles to traverse. There is no correct answer, and you can build to your heart’s content, and even combine other Gravitrax sets to create a bigger scene. Gravtrax can be purchased directly from Ravensburger as well as from major retailers like Amazon and Best Buy, and may also be available at your local toy store.
Two versions of the toy are now flavored with that sweet, sweet taste of Disney. The first is this 201-piece Star Wars Death Star set. Along with the track pieces and base, it includes props like the Millennium Falcon, X-Wings, and Imperial Star Destroyers. The marbles are engraved with the faces of Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader, for added fun.

But my favorite set is actually the Gravitrax Junior: The Lion King set, which includes the themed decorations and Gravitrax Junior My Start ‘N’ Run Starter Set (the former has 33 pieces and the latter has 38 for a combined total of 71 pieces). Decoration highlights include figures of young Simba, Timon, and Pumba, plus cardboard standees of Rafiki, Scar, Zazu, and the hyena henchmen trio. Unlike the traditional Gravitrax, Gravitrax Junior’s marbles are made of plastic, not metal (there is no metal at all in Junior sets, in fact), and slightly larger in size. But the overall gameplay concept is the same.

Bath & Body Works
We previously covered the announcement of Bath & Body Works’ latest Disney collaboration, the Disney Villains Collection. It features products infused with fragrances inspired by the Evil Queen and Maleficent. Destination D23 was the first place that fans could purchase from the collection in person. Currently, you can purchase them online, and they will be available in Bath & Body Works stores starting on September 3.
The Evil Queen’s fragrance includes red apple, vanilla suede, and pear. Meanwhile, Maleficent’s aroma fuses plum, a mixture of blackberry, strawberry, and raspberry, and a blend of cedarwood and cashmere musk.

The items celebrating the Evil Queen leaned heavily on the imagery of her poisoned apple and magic mirror. Meanwhile, Maleficent’s line incorporated her horned headdress, dragon scales, and even her raven companion Diablo.

Steiff
Steiff, known for its keepsake-worthy plushes with buttons in one of their ears, mainly had similar offerings to what it brought to its booth at D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event in 2025, but there were several newer releases amongst them. All of these plushes are available for purchase online directly from Steiff.
This Disney Originals Angel Plush is a companion to Steiff’s Stitch from the same series. Disney Originals are made to be played with and cuddled, instead of being displayed on a shelf, and are made of buttery soft polyester fabric and huggable synthetic stuffing.

Duchess and her daughter, Marie (sold separately), would make spectacular heirlooms for plush collectors. The kitties are made with a mix of mohair and polyester, are equipped with film-accurate accessories, and have jointed heads, allowing them to be turned to face different directions. Both Duchess and Marie are limited-edition releases, and only 2,000 pieces of each toy were made.

McFarlane Toys
McFarlane Toys brought its high-quality, detailed action figures to Destination D23, but one of them wasn’t actually offered at their booth and was simply on display. The Recom Quaritch & RDA Banshee set from Avatar: Way of Water is on pre-order from their website and is expected to ship in October of this year. The limited-edition figure set includes a figure of Colonel Quatrich in his Recom Avatar appearance and his Mega Banshee, a figure base, plus tons of accessories: extra sets of hands, his knife, a Z-33R Recom Pistol, a six-shot revolver, and alternate heads for both characters. The figures are designed with McFarlane Toys’ Ultra Articulation and offer a full range of posability.
