It is very rare for Disney to discount merchandise at its theme parks. More often, items will be pulled from shelves and transferred to be sold later at other locations rather than being offered at a discounted price to guests. However, one such rare opportunity is happening now at several stores around the Disneyland Resort. At present, some items are discounted as deeply as 50 percent off the original price. Let’s take a look at the savings!

These sales are offered while supplies last, and Magic Key discounts apply in addition to the initial discount. We spotted most of these discounts on Disneyland’s Main Street, USA, Disney California Adventure’s Buena Vista Street, and in World of Disney in Downtown Disney. The last location doesn’t require a park reservation, making these offers available to those who are blocked out, couldn’t get a reservation, or just wanted a quick shopping trip.

Everyday Disneyland Merchandise – Discounted!

All these items are what we might consider “standard” merchandise, so it is especially remarkable to see these items on sale.

There are plenty of toys for all ages.

Being the industrious entrepreneur she is, Princess Tiana chipped in an ear headband for the sale as well.

Disneyland 70th Anniversary and Holiday Time Merchandise on Sale

Merchandise for limited-time events, like Disneyland’s 70th anniversary and Holiday Time, is one of the most frequent items to end up at outlets without ever being discounted here at the Disney Parks, so we are pleased to see these sales offered to guests, and just in time for some last-minute shopping.

Surprisingly, several Loungefly products are also included in the sale.

But perhaps even more remarkable is the inclusion of pieces from Stoney Clover Lane’s Disneyland 70th anniversary collection. This brand is highly sought after among some collectors and is on the pricy side.

The talking build-your-own bubble wands for the 70th are also on sale.

Disneyland 70th Anniversary ornaments and select styles of toys (the articulated Mickey figure and toy truck) are 40% off their original price.

The Disneyland 70th Anniversary plushes are treated like a “purchase with purchase” promotion. With any merchandise purchase, guests can purchase a plush for $20 during the same qualifying transaction. Originally, they each cost $29.99, except for the Chip and Dale set, which cost $34.99.

From the Holiday Time merchandise, we have this Red Mickey Candle.

Two Holiday Time Light-Up Ornament Blow Molds are also on sale. The peppermint was originally $34.99, and the Snowman style initially cost $59.99.
