The world of Toy Story is especially dear to many Disney fans. It has maintained its popularity since the release of the original film in November 1995, nearly thirty years ago. The beloved series has seen a steady stream of merchandise releases over time. And today, we’ll explore recent Toy Story merchandise available at the Disneyland Resort, along with highlights from BoxLunch’s new Toy Story 30th anniversary collection. Get ready to say “Hey, Howdy, Hey” to these new items!

Toy Story Merchandise Finds at Disneyland
We’ll start our tour off with a look at the latest releases around the Disneyland Resort. Most of these items can be found at World of Disney in Downtown Disney, with other retail locations like Knick’s Knacks and Midway Mercantile at Disney California Adventure’s Pixar Pier and Little Green Man Store Command in Disneyland’s Tomorrowland also stocking a variety of wares.
Toy Story Apparel
Woody and Jessie are the inspiration for two new Spirit Jerseys for adults. Both styles incorporate the characters’ pull-string into their designs, along with their names embossed across the shoulders. An adult-sized zip-up hoodie styled after Buzz Lightyear’s spacesuit is also pictured below.

This Woody-inspired graphic tee for adults features the toy’s cowboy hat and boot amidst a colorful pop art backdrop.

The Little Green Men and “the claw” decorate the front and back of this graphic tee for adults.
Accessories
The Little Green Men return in a baseball cap to match the graphic tee. Unfortunately, the claw is missing from this accessory.

Make some room in your ear rack (we all have one of those, right?), because there are three more Toy Story ear headbands to add to your collection. Best buds, Buzz and Woody, each have an ear headband to their name, joined by the Little Green Men (those guys must be popular!).

But, those aren’t the only headbands that we are featuring…
The Slinky Dog headband is a restock of a previously released product. Still, its return is timely, given that the character is featured prominently in the Toy Story float for the Paint the Night Parade, which will make its return for Disneyland’s 70th celebration.

In addition to ear headbands, Woody and Buzz-themed backpacks were also recent additions to Disneyland’s Toy Story merchandise offerings. The Woody backpack is shaped like a cowboy hat with the character’s sheriff badge attached to the front of the left shoulder strap. And the Buzz Lightyear style one is modeled after the jetpack on the action figure’s back.

For a more broadly themed accessory, Disney offers this sling backpack with an accompanying coin purse decorated to match the cloud pattern from Andy’s childhood bedroom wallpaper.

Toy Story…. Toys!
It wouldn’t be a proper Toy Story article without mentioning actual toys! This new (or new to us, at least) light-up projection game takes its cue from the Tomorrowland attraction, Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters. It comes packaged with a handheld “blaster” and a projector shaped like the Evil Emperor Zurg as he appears in the attraction’s climax. The latter emits sounds and projections of baddies seen in the ride that serve as targets for you to zap wth your blaster.

For a playtime session that doesn’t require batteries, there are these new Woody and Buzz Lightyear Story Play dresses. Made from a jersey knit blend of polyester and elastane, these costumes are designed to be durable and comfortable enough for easy everyday playtime.

Plus, Other Noteworthy New Pixar Pieces from the Disneyland Resort!
Let’s take a brief intermission from Toy Story merchandise to highlight a few new items from other Pixar titles that deserve mentioning.
A whole new collection of Cars apparel rolled into Cars Land in Disney California Adventure. The cleverly themed items fit well into the immersive land.

Disney has answered the prayers of Inside Out 2 fans by making a real-life Pouchy fanny pack! This fanny pack (or hip bag, if you prefer) looks just like the character from the film, right down to the googly eyes. Its zippered “mouth” has four metal charms on the zipper pull of a frog, a tomato, a roll of toilet paper, and a rubber duck. These items are also printed on the bag’s lining. The accessory is thoughtfully detailed and spacious, and even has an additional small zippered pocket on the inside.

Lug’s Skeeter Mini Crossbody Bag now has a version with Remy from Ratatouille on the front and the little chef’s favorite saying on the back: “Anyone can cook!”

BoxLunch’s Toy Story 30th Anniversary Collection
To celebrate Toy Story’s 30th anniversary, BoxLunch curated a special merchandise collection full of exclusive items and other fun finds.
Apparel
This hoodie and this crewneck ($59.90 each) are two cozy unisex layering options. Both items have a Toy Story 30th anniversary patch near the bottom left on the front.

This Pizza Planet Women’s Checkered Cardigan by Her Universe ($64.90; plus sizes are also available) is a retro nod to the eatery from the original movie.

These sleep pants ($29.90 each; plus sizes are also available) are equipped with an elastic waistband, a drawstring, and even a pair of side pockets. The men’s sleep pants are decorated with icons from Woody’s Roundup, the fictional television show from Toy Story. And the women’s style uses a print decorated with the many critters from Woody’s Roundup (and from the Pixar Pier attraction, Jessie’s Critter Carousel).
Accessories
One of Woody’s famous phrases, “There’s a snake in my boot!” is captured in embroidery on the front of this Loungefly mini backpack ($79.90), joined by art of the cowpoke himself, Jessie, and Bullseye. Inside the mini backpack’s main compartment is a small zippered pocket, all lined with a print covered with lassoes, horseshoes, and clouds.

Made to match Loungefly’s mini backpack, this Western Woody Wallet ($34.90) has the same art and quote found on the other accessory but on a more compact space.

If you like to pull your hair back (and during a hot day in the Parks, who doesn’t?), these figural claw clips ($14.90 – $16.90) are worth a look. The Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head claw clip includes both characters, one on each side.
