Universal Epic Universe is ready for liftoff! The highly anticipated theme park officially opens May 22, 2025 (but has been previewing for weeks), and it’s already reshaping the Universal Orlando Resort in a big way. With five fantastical new lands, three hotels orbiting the park, and an entire galaxy of exclusive food, attractions, and experiences, the summer ahead promises to be nothing short of… well, epic. That includes an ever-expanding universe of merchandise—and we’ve got your first look at what’s landing in stores.
UPDATED 5/20/25: New live-action How to Train Your Dragon toys and apparel have been added.
UPDATED 4/8/25: We’ve visited the park and updated this guide with brand-new items from inside Epic Universe.

NEW! Live-Action How To Train Your Dragon Items at Sensorium Emporium
A series of live-action How to Train Your Dragon apparel and toys have escaped from Berk and made their home at Celestial Park’s Sensorium Emporium.

These shirts are inspired by the art and imagery from the upcoming live-action remake.
Mystery box enthusiasts should take note of the World of Berk Book of Dragons, which houses one of ten collectible dragon figures, based on their live-action movie versions.
Funko’s Pop Deluxe Toothless figure is among the selection.

Among toy company Spin Master’s offerings, the most impressive is the Ultimate Plasma Blast Toothless, with articulated limbs, flapping wings (and a 15-inch wingspan), and light and sound effects.

Plasma Sounds Toothless and Fire Blast Deadly Nadder figures offer special effects elements, making noise or firing projectiles, respectively.

And coming May 22 are a selection of paired dragon and Viking figure sets, also from Spin Master: Toothless & Hiccup, Deadly Nadder & Astrid, and Gronckle & Fishlegs. The Viking figures can be mounted atop their dragon companions, and both figures have 7 points of articulation.

From interactive Nifflers in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter—Ministry of Magic to a shop full of monster cosplay items in Dark Universe, we’re offering a first look at the Epic Universe merchandise in the park’s more than 20 immersive retail locations…

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter—Ministry of Magic
Unlike items in Universal Orlando’s two Wizarding World lands, which highlight life at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, the all-new merchandise inside The Wizarding World of Harry Potter—Ministry of Magic is inspired by 1920s wizarding Paris, the Fantastic Beasts film franchise, the British Ministry of Magic, and The Metro Floo.

Universal has also revealed more details about the four shops that wizards and muggles can visit, each offering a different assortment of magical merch:
Cosme Acajor Baguettes Magique
Inspired by the wand shop featured in the Fantastic Beasts series, this shop sells an all-new collection of interactive wands and wand accessories, all with a Parisian twist. These interactive wands trigger magical experiences and events around the Ministry of Magic, just like their counterparts in Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley.

Les Galeries Mirifques
Expect to find fabulous and fascinating items for sale at this magical shop, which sells all kinds of wizarding gear and memorabilia. From 1920s-style wizarding robes, complete with berets and neckties, to messenger bags with built-in wand holders, this store has merchandise to represent all four Hogwarts houses.

Also, be on the lookout for jewelry and accessories here and interactive Nifflers — the platypus-meets-rodent-like creatures from the Fantastic Beasts series.

Tour en Floo
The gift shop for the Métro Floo— a unique form of transportation inspired by the Floo System in the Harry Potter franchise— sells merchandise with the green Métro Floo logo, Time-Turner-inspired items, and the British Ministry of Magic collection, a line of apparel and wand accessories with the Wizarding Authority’s emblem.

K. Rammelle
French wizard K. Rammelle appeared in the Fantastic Beasts series and is the namesake for this sweet shop, where guests can purchase wizarding treats (including our beloved chocolate frogs) to commemorate their visit to the Ministry of Magic.

Epic Universe Merchandise: Super Nintendo World
Fans of Nintendo icons like Mario, Luigi, Donkey Kong, and Princess Peach will love browsing the merchandise for sale inside Super Nintendo World, featuring both Super Mario Land and Donkey Kong Country.

With shops and food and beverage stands selling souvenirs with star power, there’s something for everyone within Super Nintendo World’s gates.
Super Mario Land
Inside Super Mario Land, guests will find 1-Up Factory and Mario Motors, shops offering souvenirs themed to beloved Nintendo characters like Toad, Bowser Jr., Princess Peach, and more. Look for hats, character headbands, clothing, plushies, and other items at these locations. Food and beverage locations inside Super Mario Land sell food-related souvenirs like light-up popcorn buckets and mushroom sippers.

Donkey Kong Country
This area of Super Nintendo World is home to Funky’s Fly ‘n’ Buy, a shop that notably sells a banana-shaped fanny pack inspired by Donkey Kong’s favorite food. Other merch highlights here include a giant-sized Donkey Kong coffee mug and a ticket holder featuring Donkey Kong’s nephew, Diddy Kong.
Throughout Super Nintendo World
Epic Universe guests will want to power up their day in the park by purchasing a Power-Up Band — wristbands themed around characters like Mario, Yoshi, Princess Peach, Donkey Kong, and Diddy Kong. These interactive bands allow guests to enhance their play experience within Super Nintendo World with scores, rankings, digital rewards, and more and are available for sale throughout the land at retail locations.

If you’ve visited Super Nintendo World at Universal Studios Hollywood, you’ll notice Orlando’s land will feature two new Power-Up bands for Donkey Kong Country.

How to Train Your Dragon: Isle of Berk
There’s nothing but Viking vibes when it comes to shopping inside How to Train Your Dragon: Isle of Berk. Items for sale inside this dragon-filled land pay tribute to the characters from How to Train Your Dragon films and the attractions within the land itself.

And, with four retail locations within the land, there’s merch to please everyone from the Toothless-lover to the Viking at heart:
Toothless’ Treasures
Toothless gives main character energy throughout the How to Train Your Dragon films, so it’s no surprise the Night Fury dragon gets his very own shop in the land. At Toothless’ Treasures, guests will find blind-box, collectible dragon toys, dragon-inspired apparel and plush, and a Toothless merch collection that features a popcorn bucket, zip-up jacket, wings, plushies, and more. On our must-buy list at Toothless’ Treasures? A crossbody bag/egg carrier to carry your plush dragon with you on your Epic adventures.

Could this Toothless merchandise be any cuter?!

The Toothless Loungefly mini backpack and Toothless headband will undoubtedly be popular.

But Loungefly isn’t the only bag in town!
Toothless’ name dons the side of a vibrant cup.
Popcorn bucket alert!
The Night Fury and Light Fury share the spotlight in a couple of black and white tees.
Additional Light Fury merchandise can be found in the store as well.
However, the true pièce de résistance is Choose Your Dragon.
Guests can buy a dragon baby and enjoy a special hatching ceremony!

If you’re interested in a specific dragon, Toothless’ Treasures can help, as they know exactly which dragon hatches from which egg.
