A new year is almost here, so let’s get the party started early with a showcase of newly revealed Disney merchandise, four of which debut in January 2025 and one more that you can add to your cart today. Whether you prefer shopping in-person at Disney Parks or online, there is something for Disney merchandise collectors to get excited about.

Let’s take a look!

Disney Mini Mix-Its Plush Toys

Let’s kick this round-up off with the Disney merchandise release I am most excited about for 2025 (so far), the new Disney Mini Mix-Its. Like Disney nuiMOs, these small plushes can be customized with themed attire. But what these Mini Mix-Its lack in the nuiMOs’ ability to pose, they make up for with the built-in strap on their backs, which lets them easily attach to your favorite bag. Many Disney fans (myself included) have been using elastic hairbands to affix nuiMOs to bags in a similar fashion, so this is a clever upgrade.

Currently, we got a glimpse of the series’ Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Pluto plushes. They have a simplified and endearing look, and I can’t wait to see what other characters Dinsey includes in the future. But perhaps the bigger draw is the hats you can dress them in. The four revealed styles are inspired by Disney Parks attractions: Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room, King Arthur Carrousel (or Prince Charming’s Regal Carrousel, depending on your Park of choice), Astro Orbiter, and the Haunted Mansion.

Disney “Ear”esistibles Mini Vinyl Ear Hats

Fans of the Disney Lacers character-inspired sneaker figures from the last D23 Expo will fall head-over-heels for these miniature vinyl Ear Hats in the new collectible series “Ear”resistibles. The different designs used all draw inspiration from Disney milestones. Here, we get a glimpse of a design honoring the introduction of the Ear Hat, a timeless Disney Parks souvenir.

Pastel Character Series

As you may have guessed from the title, the Pastel Character series includes various accessories (such as the Ear Headband and Loungefly mini backpack seen below) themed to a Disney character through a pastel-hued lens. The items are made with a comfy faux-shearling fabric, adding to the cozy vibes brought out by the pastel palette. Future characters in this series remain a mystery for now.

Winnie the Pooh Pin of the Month Series

It seems that Disney’s monthly merchandise releases for 2025 have moved from themed plushes and pins, like those from this year’s Stitch Attacks Snacks series, and will now focus strictly on pins (unless an additional series is announced later, of course). For the upcoming Winnie the Pooh Pin of the Month series, a new pin will be released each month. A framed “map” of the Hundred-Acre Wood will join them and offer the ideal method of displaying your new collectibles.

Don’t Want to Wait Until 2025? Disney x HEYDUDE Collab is Available NOW!

HEYDUDE is the latest company to collaborate with Disney on merchandise. The collaborative merchandise in question is two styles of shoes, which makes sense given that HEYDUDE is a Crocs, Inc. brand (yes, those rubber clogs you see all over the Parks): a Mickey version of their “Wally Funk” shoes and their Minnie-inspired “Wendy” shoes. The Mickey style is made in men’s sizes 4 through 15. The Minnie style is available in sizes from 5 through 12. Regardless of style or size, a pair costs $74.99.

Where and When to Buy This Disney Merchandise

The majority of the merchandise highlighted here will launch in January 2025 at the Disneyland Resort, Walt Disney World Resort, and DisneyStore.com. Unfortunately, there are currently no plans for the Disney Pastel Character series to be released at the Disneyland Resort, but you’ll still find them at the Walt Disney World Resort and online from the Disney Store. This seems like an odd choice, especially since the plaque on the Loungefly mini backpack previewed for this collection reads “Disney Parks.”

A select number of items will also be sold at non-US Disney Parks and Disney Store locations.

And, as for the Disney x HEYDUDE Mickey and Minnie shoes, they are available today (no need to wait until January) on HEYDUDE’s online store.
