October may be more widely known for Halloween Time at the Disney Parks, but did you know Frozen Fan Fest is also celebrated this month? And for this year’s event, Disney has prepared a flurry of Frozen-inspired merchandise along with YouTube videos, an audiobook, and a mobile game. Nearly all of the offerings can be enjoyed or purchased from the comfort of your own home (or ice castle).
Let’s take a look!

Frozen Fan Fest Enters the Digital Age
Starting the party off is a new YouTube video, “Disney Off the Page Adventures: Arendelle Ice Calamity.” This standalone story is set in the world of Frozen before the second film’s storyline begins. It is a sweet story, told in a little less than 6 minutes, all about Arendelle’s very first Winter Festival. You can watch it for yourself here:
But that isn’t the only Frozen tale created for YouTube. A stop-motion series called “Disney Frozen: Winter Festival” will be released weekly on the Disney Princess YouTube Channel. Like “Arendelle Ice Calamity,” the plot centers around the Winter Festival. The first of the four episodes will debut on October 7.

But if you want to engage your imagination more, the new Audible Original audiobook, “Disney Frozen: Olaf’s Quest,” will see you journeying with the titular talking snowman on a search for the Haus Biblio, also known as the “sea of stories,” after the poor fellow ran out of reading material. A cast joins a narrator in telling the story, making it seem more like a radio play, complete with sound effects. The audiobook runs 2 hours and 22 minutes, making it great for short-length trips or just really bad traffic.

Olaf joins Disney Frozen Royal Castle as a paid in-app purchase for the free mobile app. He joins Anna, Elsa, and Kristoff as part of a digital castle-turned-dollhouse. Players can dress characters up like real dolls and rearrange the different castle rooms to their taste. Other activities include cooking and concocting fragrances.

Toys for Every Frozen Fan
Mattel released a series of dolls inspired by the new “Winter Festival” YouTube series. They look so similar that we can’t help but wonder if they are actually what Disney used to make the videos. There are four “fashion dolls” (in other words, a doll dressed in an outfit) and two play sets:
- Celebration Elsa Fashion Doll
- Celebration Anna Fashion Doll
- Ice Skating Elsa Fashion Doll
- Ice Skating Anna Fashion Doll
- Elsa & Nokk Adventure Carriage
- Olaf’s Treat Sled
Once completed, LEGO’s 630-piece Elsa’s Ice Palace set is a three-story residence fit for frost-wielding royalty. Among the details are doors that open and a falling chandelier (recreating the scene from the original film). The set includes Anna, Elsa, Olaf, Kristoff, and Sven figures.

Created for Collectors
American Girl’s contribution to Frozen Fan Fest 2024 is limited-edition dolls of Elsa and Anna. Both heroines are decked out with Swarovski crystal accents on their outfits and accessories. The Elsa and Anna Collector Dolls are limited to 5000 pieces each.
The watch in Citizen’s Frozen Box Set magically runs without a battery, thanks to the company’s proprietary Eco-Drive technology. The set also includes a collectible snowflake pin that matches the watch face’s art.

This Pandora charm was originally released in Hong Kong Disneyland’s World of Frozen. The charm is shaped like a sled, with Anna and Elsa sitting inside it. The words “World of Frozen” are engraved on the side. You can purchase it at select store locations within the Disney Parks and Resorts and the Pandora stores in Downtown Disney and Disney Springs.

Arendelle’s Latest Fashion Trends
With Halloween right around the corner, now is the perfect time to show off these costumes. Courtesy of Disguise comes Elsa & Anna from Frozen, Elsa & Anna from Frozen 2, and their lovable snowman companion, Olaf.
Jakks Pacific’s Elsa dress is outfitted with special effects. Pressing the snowflake cameo causes it to light up and play that now long-familiar tune, “Let It Go.”
