When crypt doors creak and credit cards quake, Haunted Mansion merchandise comes out for a swinging wake! Disneyland’s beloved Haunted Mansion attraction opened in August of 1969, which means the ghostly retreat will soon turn 55!

Even though the ride is currently closed to expand the queue and add an attached store (and some surprises inside, too!), there is still plenty of merchandise to be found. And so, to honor the attraction’s 55th anniversary and the upcoming Halloween season, let’s explore new and noteworthy Haunted Mansion merchandise from the Disney Parks, Disney Store, and beyond!

Haunted Mansion Merchandise from Disney Parks and Disney Store
It makes sense that the best Haunted Mansion merchandise comes directly from the source: Disney! These items are available online at DisneyStore.com (and their dedicated section has even more than what is featured here!), at Disney Parks, or both. We expect even more Haunted Mansion merchandise to arrive as we approach Halloween Time.
[Please note, any included prices are based on the applicable Disney Store listings. Disney Park’s pricing is likely to match, but it differs slightly occasionally.]
Apparel
This Spirit Jersey ($79.99) uses an acid-washed black fabric as its base with glow-in-the-dark graphics on the front and back.

This T-shirt is a playful take on the graveyard’s opera singers, transforming them into members of the Ghoulish Harmony Club. They are still accepting members; any volunteers?

This button-down shirt for adults ($59.99) uses an all-over print covered with icons familiar to those who have visited the Haunted Mansion. There are symbols taken from all parts of the ride, like the floating candelabra, the instruments that provide music from regions beyond, Madame Leota herself, a graveyard epitaph, and others in between.

Portraits of the Mansion residents like the Hatbox Ghost and Constance join Medusa and Master Gracey in framed portraits decorating the body of this pullover sweatshirt ($54.99).

But if you prefer zippered hoodies over pullover sweatshirts, Disney has you covered there, too. In fact, there are versions for both coasts ($59.99 each), depicting either Disneyland’s or Magic Kingdom’s Haunted Mansion. Both styles feature glow-in-the-dark details on the front and back graphics.
The front of this double-sided women’s fashion tee ($29.99) has a simple Haunted Mansion logo, while the back has a large “advertisement” for Madame Leota’s psychic services.
Compared to most of the other apparel, this dress for adults ($49.99) is fairly simple. It uses a print inspired by the mansion’s all-seeing wallpaper, complete with glow-in-the-dark eyes. The collar also has the initials “HM” embroidered on one side… Does this outfit remind any of you of Wednesday Adams?

If this women’s PJ set ($54.99) is giving you an eerie sense of deja vu, you are alone. It is taken from a print Disney used on a crossbody bag several years ago.

Now, let’s move on to kid’s apparel.
Like the zip-up hoodie for adults, this dress ($39.99) is available in both Disneyland and Walt Disney World styles. The bats and text glow in the dark.
This kid’s T-shirt ($19.99) takes its style from the adult’s pullover sweater shirt while enhancing it with a glow-in-the-dark effect on the mansion’s crest scattered around the garment.

And finally, this kid’s zip-up hoodie ($44.99) is full of menacing, glow-in-the-dark eyes.

Accessories
Loungefly contributed not one but two new backpacks for this lineup. The first is a Hatbox Ghost-themed Mini Backpack ($89), with glow-in-the-dark effects on the ghostly gent’s head, hat, and neighboring bats. The second is a canvas backpack with embroidery on the front and metal studs (for added edginess effect) on the sides.

Dooney & Bourke’s new collection is the most high-end of the Haunted Mansion merchandise featured in this guide. This print, which is also found on the women’s PJ set, is also utilized for their crossbody bag ($228), tote bag ($298), and wristlet wallet ($188).

And what this backpack ($54.99) and matching belt bag ($49.99) lack in designer pedigrees is made up for in otherworldly allure. Velvet flocking depicts a gargoyle as the backpack’s central figure and creates a wallpaper pattern on the exterior of the belt bag.

The cameo that rests at the center of this ear headband ($34.99) displays one of the cursed portraits from the mansion’s gallery. Depending on your vantage point, you’ll either see Medusa or a lovely woman.

Or for more “practical” headwear, there is also this baseball cap ($34.99).

These Crocs ($69.99) may appear to be another piece of merchandise with the wallpaper print, but upon closer inspection, they actually showcase stylized versions of other Haunted Mansion characters and imagery. The pair includes exclusive, themed Jibbitz shoe charms.

Home Decor & Kitchenware
Who says ornaments have to be limited to Christmas? These decorations can decorate a Haunted Mansion fan’s abode any time of the year. The ornaments ($26.99 each) belong to two different collections.
The Stretching Room characters belong to the Sketchbook Ornament Collection. From left to right, we have:
Meanwhile, the Caretaker (along with his dog) and Madame Leota are part of the Light-Up Living Magic Ornament Collection. As the name suggests, they both feature light-up elements. An eerie glow rises from a grave near the Caretaker, and Madame Leota’s crystal ball is illuminated.

If this tumbler with straw ($44.99), made in collaboration with Starbucks, is like any of their previous styles, it will surely fly off the shelves. This style draws inspiration from the costumes worn by the Ghost Hosts and Ghost Hostesses who run the attraction (AKA Cast Members).

One of the mansion’s bat stanchions stands guard atop this trio of connected serving bowls ($54.99). Ezra, Phineas, and Gus hide at the bottom of each bowl, waiting to scare whoever eats the last of the snacks.

The Edward Gorey-esque art found on many other items is even easier to appreciate in the large formats used on this serving tray ($49.99) and plate set ($39.99).

Pet Supplies
Aren’t these new Ghost Host and Ghost Hostess pet costumes ($39.99 each) delightful?

This dog toy is shaped like a Doom Buggy and is accompanied by the trio of hitchhiking ghosts who follow you home!

The Doom Buggy pet bed ($59.99) has returned for another Halloween season. The plush base is accented with a padded backing decorated with the wallpaper print and the hitchhiking ghosts: Ezra, Phineas, and Gus.

Other
In terms of Haunted Mansion merchandise that mentions the 55th anniversary, it is limited to this limited-release MagicBand+ ($54.99). I hope more dated merchandise will come in August, but that has not been confirmed.
Even if you can’t duck into the Mansion for a spin in a Doom Buggy, you can still cool off with this folding hand fan.

Sally Slater is the subject of this year’s limited-edition doll ($149.99). Limited to 6,600 pieces, Sarah “Sally” Slater is immaculately dressed in a ride-accurate outfit with a detailed face and multiple points of articulation. She comes packaged in a specially-designed box that “stretches” to reveal the gator lingering below her, eager to finish her off.

If ennui haunts your waking hours, perhaps some peaceful coloring time is in order. The Haunted Mansion Art of Coloring Book ($16.99) offers 128 pages with 100 images ready and waiting for you to color to your heart’s content.

Haunted Mansion Tiki Mugs from Geeki Tikis
Geeki Tikis‘ artisans reimagined the Haunted Mansion’s otherworldly residents as tiki mugs. Just don’t let a hangover haunt you in the morning!
There are four styles, listed from top to bottom:
- Hitchhiking Ghosts tiki mug ($34.99) – 38-ounce capacity.
- Madame Leota tiki mug ($29.99) – 14-ounce capacity.
- Female Opera Singer tiki mug ($29.99) – 13-ounce capacity.
- Grandfather Clock tiki mug ($29.99) – 14-ounce capacity.
These tiki mugs are now available to ship, with the exception of the Madame Leota style, which is currently on pre-order and scheduled to ship in August 2024.
Books About the Haunted Mansion
Beyond the coloring book in the Disney Parks section, even more books allow you to dive into the mansion’s history and lore from the comfort of your couch.
“The Haunted Mansion” (A Little Golden Book) – written by Lauren Clauss and illustrated by Glen Brogan
This fanciful interpretation of the ride experience takes readers of all ages through the different rooms of the Haunted Mansion. The charming illustrations make even Constance the bride look less menacing (quite a feat!). Lines from the attraction are peppered throughout the narration as well. This book is a clever way to introduce the story to more skittish kids before they ride the Haunted Mansion for the first time.

“The Haunted Mansion”(a comic book collection) – written by Joshua Williamson and illustrated by Jean-Francois Beaulieu, with contributions by Jorge Coelho, E.M. Gist, and Andy Digenova
“The Haunted Mansion” is a Disney Kingdoms comic book series (the link provided leads to a compilation of all five issues). It includes characters and scenes from every part of the attraction. And those who are more familiar with the ride will catch a good portion of the Ghost Host’s spiel sprinkled into the dialogue. There is even a nod to Haunted Mansion Holiday!
The story follows Danny, a teen who loses his grandfather. He is lured into the Mansion by Madame Leota, who claims his grandfather’s ghost is trapped within its walls. Danny must muster all his courage to overcome the curse inflicted on the Mansion by the ghost of a pirate captain.
