Chef Romina Wagener, the Pastry Chef at Space 220 Restaurant, has created a bold, fun dessert to celebrate Women’s History Month. The Tropical Pavlova is a beautiful and exotic treat that can be enjoyed by everyone, including people with plant-based diets!

The Tropical Pavlova is a plant-based meringue with coconut whipped cream, passion fruit sauce, mango, kiwi, dried raspberries, opal basil, and yuzu chocolate. This dessert is sure to be a smash hit at Space 220 Restaurant, so don’t wait to try one for yourself! The dessert is $15 and will be available until the end of March.
