When you think of Universal Orlando, do the holidays come to mind? They should! From magic castles of light to your favorite characters on parade, Universal Orlando has lots to see for the holidays.
Christmas in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter

The gorgeous streets of Diagon Alley and the always-Christmas-ready Hogsmeade will be decorated in festive holiday garlands, ornaments and lights, transforming it into a merry place for any witch or wizard to spend the holidays.

Above the hustle and bustle of crowds and ambient environmental noises, you can hear Christmas carols from the magical and muggle worlds from Hogwarts students and the Frog Choir. Plus, the holiday show from Celestina Warbeck and the Banshees is not to be missed!

Seasonal food and drink will be available, including the return of hot Butterbeer!

At night, the Hogwarts castle will come to life with “The Magic of Christmas at Hogwarts Castle” projection show.

Universal’s Holiday Parade featuring Macy’s
What’s a holiday without a parade? You can see your favorite Universal pals take the streets and skies of Universal Studio for Universal’s Holiday Parade. They’ve partnered with Macy’s (the sponsor of the world-famous Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade) to create balloons of characters from Minions, Shrek, Madagascar and more for this special parade.

There are more than 30 massive balloons and floats, plus hundreds of performers and dancers, and so much more!

Grinchmas at Islands of Adventure
It’s not the holidays without a visit from Mr. Grinch. You can watch a live retelling of the classic Dr. Seuss’ holiday story with the “Grinchmas Who-liday Spectacular,” and maybe your heart will grow three sizes after watching the cast prepare for Grinchmas.

A separately-ticketed breakfast will also be available where you can meet and greet with the one and only Grinch, along with his friends at Circus McGurkus Cafe Stoo-pendous.
Additional Holiday Offerings
Mannheim Steamroller, the best-selling holiday artist of all time, returns to Universal Orlando to bring their neoclassical new-age Christmas flair to life. They will be performing on select nights, so be sure to plan ahead!

And if you’re staying on-property during your visit, Universal’s hotels are also celebrating the holidays. You can find seasonal decor, holiday-themed activities and dining opportunities throughout your hotel.

Universal Orlando’s holiday season begins November 16th and runs through January 5th, 2020.
