Hey everyone! This week, Mahaloween arrived at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, and some special merchandise arrived with it. We took a trip over to the Poly to wait in line, enjoy a drink, and have a ghost follow us home.

Starting at 9am, Cast Members are distributing wristbands for the Hatbox Ghost tiki mug from Trader Sam’s. Once you have your wristband, you’re guaranteed a mug, and Sam’s opens at 1pm.

Once inside, you have both an alcoholic and a non-alcoholic version to choose from. The alcoholic version is $40 plus tax, and is not eligible for any discounts.

The mug is really quite beautiful, it features a nice teal color, and this year, it has a clear glaze which gives it a shine as compared to the prior year.

Meanwhile, Trader Sam’s at Disneyland in California got the alternate version of this mug with the ghost’s face in the hatbox!
