We have another Disneyland Paris update for you. We’ll see what’s going on at DLP Magic Kingdom thanks to Max Fan, D&M contributor and DLPWelcome webmaster.
At Main Street U.S.A the Main Street Transportation building is in full refurbishment…
Nearby, it’s always a pleasure to see a vintage car on Main Street U.S.A.
The charming Spring Promenade occurs several times a day…
…and here is a new “best-of video” filmed by Max for you.
Near Central Plaza, Casey’s Corner is closed for now…
…as well as the Pinnochio dark ride in Fantasyland…
Let’s move to Adventureland to see the latest pics of the Indiana Jones temple currently being rebuilt in real stone. It’s still supposed to reopen at the end of May.
But, hey, which way to the temple? Kathmandu? Zanzibar? New Guinea? Let’s take the Kathmandu direction…
As you can see, the scaffolding is down, which must mean that the main work on the temple “stones” is complete. Workers can still be found on the tracks.
There’s a new addition in Adventureland. Carl Fredricksen and Russell, the two characters from the film UP, can be seen near Colonel Hathi’s Pizza Outpost. The figures are the same as those at Tokyo Disneyland.
Entrance to Discoveryland…
…is also under refurbishment. They’re scrubbing it, but with any kind of luck, they’ll repaint the rocks too – they really need it.
Let’s hop over to the Walt Disney Studios real quick. Note the huge billboard strategically placed so guests arriving from both parking lots can’t miss the fact that the new Ratatouille attraction will open on July 10th!
Alain is the editor of one of the most amazing Disney books ever published. This book is a must for every serious Disney book collector.
