The new National Park-inspired area in Frontierland is inspired by a location featured in the “Cars” spinoff “Planes: Fire & Rescue,” and provides the cars from Radiator Springs the opportunity to head into the wilderness.

Piston Peak

The expansive land will include two attractions set throughout the natural environment.

Cars Ridge Run Rally

The land’s signature attraction is Cars Ridge Run Rally, a road race up and down snow-capped Piston Peak and through a geyser field (the same geyser field from Big Thunder Mountain Railroad that will extend into the new area).
