Created with Lilly Pulitzer’s signature vibrant colors, past versions of the collaboration have included an adorable pattern with Mickey and Minnie smooching and an island print featuring Mickey, Minnie, and plenty of palm trees and sunshine.
But the newest Disney x Lilly Pulitzer pattern isn’t just cute, it’s serving up a healthy dose of nostalgia. Based on a vintage 1975 print that celebrated the opening of Walt Disney World, the Lilly Pulitzer x Disney “Throwback Disney” collection is full of pinks, greens, and yellows, along with some iconic images of everyone’s favorite mice.
This reimagining of a classic Lilly Pulitzer x Disney print shows Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse frolicking among flowers, flying kites, painting, holding balloons, and more—all in the same vintage colorway as the original 1975 version. In addition to plenty of Mickey and Minnie sightings, the pattern is intermixed with flowers, leaves, hearts, bumblebees, birds, fish, and plenty more classic shapes that famously appear in Lilly Pulitzer prints. It’s whimsical and fun, and it’s a perfect addition to your packing list for your Disney travels this spring and summer.
