One of four festivals that transform Epcot throughout the year, the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival is arguably one of the most popular events at Walt Disney World Resort, this year running from August 27 through November 21, 2026 (that’s nearly three months of global cuisine, live entertainment, and family-friendly experiences).

EPCOT Food & Wine 2026 Guide – Menus, Magic Shots, and a Whole Building of Cheese

It’s been 30 years since the first Food and Wine festival at Walt Disney World, and a lot has changed, but the OG food festival is always one of our favorite times to visit EPCOT.

As we kick off the countdown to the 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, many details are still under wraps, including the complete Global Marketplace lineup, full food and beverage menus, booth opening schedule, and additional festival offerings. 

As always, we’ll continue to update this guide as more information is served up, but here’s what we know so far.

New Experience in CommuniCore Hall

Beginning September 18, an all-new interactive exhibit called “Cheers to Cheese!” will be coming to CommuniCore Hall. The experience celebrates one of the world’s most beloved foods, and guests will be able to explore the history, culture, and fun facts surrounding cheese through a series of interactive displays.

As CommuniCore Hall continues to evolve, this seasonal overlay gives the space another unique purpose during one of EPCOT’s signature festivals.

Returning Festival Eats

During the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival, Global Marketplaces are set up around the park, serving authentic dishes from around the world, including Mexico, China, India, Germany, Spain, Italy, and many, many more. As in previous years, some Global Marketplaces will open later in the festival rather than on opening day.

Although Disney isn’t ready to unveil every festival booth, they have confirmed a few returning favorites, guests can look forward to:

Street Corn-style Dumplings from Gyozas of the Galaxy

Grilled Bushberry-spiced Shrimp Skewer from the Australia Marketplace

Kirschwasser Torte from The Alps Marketplace

Eat to the Beat Concert Series

The Epcot Food and Wine festival is about more than just food and wine. During the event, the America Gardens Theater (the amphitheater in the The American Adventure area of World Showcase) becomes a live concert venue for a wide range of popular musical artists. These concerts are always lively and fun, and best of all, admission is included with your Epcot ticket.

Eat to the Beat concerts will take place nightly from August 27 to November 16, 2026, with three showtimes (5:30 p.m., 6:45 p.m. and 8 p.m.). This year, 8 new acts join the lineup, including Grammy-nominated The War and Treaty, indie pop band Fitz and the Tantrums, and American Idol runner up, Lauren Alaina.

Guests can line up before the concert to grab a seat, but spots are first-come, first-served, so our tip for making sure you get a good spot is reserving a Concert Series Dining Package. These pre-fixe meals are available at most sit-down restaurants in Epcot (cost varies depending on the restaurant, but they all include reserved seating for the show). They also count as one table-service meal for the Disney Dining Plan.

Exciting Scavenger Hunts

A fun way to engage in the Food and Wine Festival is to participate in scavenger hunts throughout the event… and these hunts aren’t just for kids; they’re a great way for guests of all ages to experience the festival as you search for additions to your map or booklet.

In 2026, Emile’s Fromage Montage returns, encouraging guests to sample select cheese-inspired dishes throughout the park while collecting stamps in their festival passport.

Last year’s cheese-forward choices included Fall Fruit Cheesecake featuring Boursin Fig & Balsamic Cheese with Pomegranates and Candied Pecans and Warm Raclette Swiss Cheese and Alpine Ham with Baby Potatoes, Cornichons and Baguette. Each time you purchase a cheesy treat, ask a cast member to stamp your passport, and when you’ve collected five stamps, visit the Shimmering Sips food stand to pick up a prize.

Families can also once again participate in Remy’s Hide & Squeak, the festival’s Ratatouille-themed scavenger hunt that sends guests searching World Showcase for the famous little chef and his hidden ingredients.

Remy’s scavenger hunt maps can be purchased in select shops. Whenever you find Remy, place the corresponding sticker in the right spot on the map. Completed maps can be turned in for a prize at select shops around Epcot.

New and Returning PhotoPass Magic Shots

Disney PhotoPass photographers will once again offer exclusive festival Magic Shots throughout EPCOT. Collecting them all can make for a fun festival keepsake, especially if you’ve got Disney PhotoPass as part of your park admission.

This year, a brand new Waiter Mickey Mouse Magic Shot will be available in several World Showcase pavilions, including Mexico, China, Italy, Japan, and France.

Returning Magic Shots include:

• The Giant Empanada
• The Leaning Tower of Cheeza with characters from “The Goofy Movie”
• The Swedish Chef
• Chef Figment

Epcot Food and Wine Festival Merchandise

We have a first look at some of pieces from this year’s Food & Wine merchandise collection, including a wine glass (that conveniently fits in the Food and Wine tray), a handy tote bag, and mug topped with a sweet pastry lid… but we’re expecting much, much more.

There’s also the EPCOT International Food & Wine Ears topped with a tiny chef hat, a Tee featuring the festival logo on the front pocket, a sweatshirt, and a cap.

You’ll be able to find merchandise exclusive to the 2026 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival all over Epcot, including in Creations Shop and at various market kiosks set up around the festival.

Food, Wine & Memories

The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival remains one of Walt Disney World’s signature events. For three decades, it has introduced guests to new flavors, inspired countless food festivals across the theme park industry.

Over the years, we’ve also seen significant changes to the festival itself, and longtime fans will remember when Food and Wine offered culinary demos, beverage seminars, and Party for the Senses. Those offerings disappeared after the 2019 festival and have yet to return, as the event has shifted its focus to the Global Marketplaces, concerts, family activities, and festival merchandise.

There’s still plenty we don’t know about this year’s festival, so it’s certainly possible there are still a few surprises waiting to be announced. But one thing is certain: Food & Wine has become an EPCOT tradition that generations of Disney fans look forward to every year.
