While Disneyland’s Splash Mountain is still in the process of becoming Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, Walt Disney World’s attraction is almost there, and on June 28, 2024, guests will finally get to experience the new (yet already somewhat controversial) ride.
In the meantime, we’ve got some information on the New Orleans-style eats, treats, and novelties that will soon arrive in Orlando, so let’s take a look at the new and returning “Princess and the Frog”-inspired offerings available to guests upon the ride’s opening!

Magic Kingdom Park
Golden Oak Outpost (Available June 28 through September 6)
Let’s start with the most important item of all… the beignets!

- Tiana’s Famous Beignets: Light, sweet, and fluffy beignets with powdered sugar and drizzled with honey.
But New Orleans favorites are a close runner up:

- NEW Hot Honey Chicken with Sweet Potato Fries: Chicken nuggets tossed in hot sauce-honey served with New Orleans olive relish and Cajun-spiced sweet potato fries
- NEW Shrimp Gumbo with Sweet Potato Fries: Shrimp and Andouille sausage gumbo topped with Cajun-spiced sweet potato fries

On June 28, guests will also be able to add a bit of “Princess and the Frog” magic to their cooking, with the following items landing at the Emporium:
- Mama Odie’s Hot Sauce
- Dooky Chase’s Seasonings available in Gumbo Base, Seafood Seasoning, Meat Seasoning, and Fried Chicken Seasoning flavors

Joffrey’s will also join the Tiana’s Bayou Adventure party with a new, medium-roasted coffee blend, Disney Tiana Bayou Beignet. Guests can pick it up at The Landing in Disney Springs or online via Joffrey’s website.

If you’re miles from Florida but have a hankering for Tiana’s cooking, you can get a taste of New Orleans at Tiana’s Palace in Disneyland.
