But hold on tight because this week, we’re diving back into the depths of the sea for an enchanting journey: Ariel’s Undersea Adventures, located in Disney California Adventure!

As we descend into the vibrant underwater world, remember to keep all your limbs, flippers, and fins inside the clamshell. The Little Mermaid ~ Ariel’s Undersea Adventure:

In an attempt to revitalize a lackluster Disney California Adventure, Imagineers designed and built The Little Mermaid ~ Ariel’s Undersea Adventure. In 2014, the attraction underwent maintenance that brought significant enhancements to the experience. Let’s start our journey under the sea.

Let me start in the middle. Wait no-what am I thinking? That’s a terrible place to start a story. I’ll just tell you how it ends. No, wait. I got an idea: I’ll start at the beginning.

I wanna be where the people are.

I wanna see, wanna see ’em dancing,

Walking around on those-

What do you call ’em? Oh, feet.

You may think the water’s always bluer in someone else’s lagoon, but down here is your home. Believe me, Ariel- the human world, it’s a mess. Life under the sea is better than anything they got up there.

Darling it’s better

Down where it’s wetter,

Take it from me!

The Incredible Mr. Limpet even joins in on the undersea party! But you’ll need to know where to look. He’s hiding behind your clamshell when you spot Ariel in the Under the Sea scene. 

Poor Ariel. In love with a human…We sent her to the right place. Yes. Ursula will help her. She swam this way. Said something about being in love with a human.

Those poor unfortunate souls.

So sad! So true!

They come flocking to my cauldron,

Crying “Spells, Ursula, Please!”

And I help them-

Yes I do!

Sha-la-la-la-la-la

My oh me,

Look like the boy too shy.

Ain’t gonna kiss the girl.

Sha-la-la-la-la-la

Ain’t that sad?

Ain’t it a shame? too bad-

He gonna miss the girl!

As you can see, everything worked out swell for Ariel. Of course, sometimes I get a little confounded and confabralated, but otherwise I’m-whats the word-nut! Ah, it’ll come to me…
