The time has finally arrived for Knott’s Berry Farm’s sweetest and most berry-filled seasonal event, the Boysenberry Festival! And while digging into delectable dishes is the biggest activity for the festival, shopping is also a great way to celebrate. As in years past, 2022’s offerings include themed merchandise, take-home food & beverage products, and products from the theme park’s many craft booths (plus some positively precious game prizes). Here’s a look at Knott’s Boysenberry Festival 2022 merchandise!

Themed Boysenberry Festival 2022 Merchandise

If you are hoping for something to commemorate this tasty occasion, you are in luck! There are a variety of themes to choose from:

Boysenberry Festival 

This group is more broadly themed to the Boysenberry Festival. It may simply have the name of the festival or even just be purple (the color of a boysenberry).

The hot ticket for this group is no doubt the themed Spirit Jersey.

A number of the items in this category are made in what I would call an “old-timey” style. Some use a font similar to what we see in old western-style posters and others incorporate images from Knott’s berry-filled past.

The remainder of the merchandise for this category is less inventive but would match more easily with the rest of your everyday wardrobe.

Boysenberries

This group is all about the star of this festival, the boysenberry!

Some kitchenware and home goods use the fruit as a motif.

You can incorporate boysenberries into your next at-home spa day. Items include Boysenberry-scented bath bombs, soap, body lotions, oils, candles, and even (non-scented) robes and toiletry pouches.

But perhaps the most uniquely-Knott’s keepsake from this festival is a Boysenberry plant to take home for your garden. Visitors were walking away with arms full of them! These plants are $24.99 plus tax and are first come-first served, and they tend to sell quickly. 

Boysenberry Pie

Pie, pie, me oh, my! If Boysenberry pie makes you happy, you can now get merchandise that proclaims this fact to the world. 

Shirts, blankets, and mugs bear a sweet graphic declaring “Boysenberry Pie Makes Me Happy,” accompanied by a drawing of a pie with a little berry on top.

Beyond the pie merchandise with the themed art on it, there is this impressively detailed figurine of a pie stand.

Snoopy

That beloved Beagle Snoopy stars in the merchandise for this category.

Snoopy is joined by his bird pal Woodstock for this Boysenberry Festival shirt, which is available in both adult and youth sizes. It comes in heather grey, pink, and (fittingly) purple. This item is sold at the event booth located near the entrance to GhostRider.

Other pieces of apparel include a shirt with Snoopy getting a whiff of a pie and a pair of socks with what appears to be a very happy Snoopy chowing down on boysenberries.

There are also several magnet designs.

Build Your Own Gift Box

The option to build your own gift box of festival goodies is a great way to make up a handpicked package that would be perfect for gifting.

Pick from a selection of sweet items and “glass items” (food stored in bottles or jars), toss in a purple blanket (also sold separately in stores), and you are all set! The booth will even hold your package during the day and you can pick up on your way out!.

If you’ve got someone in your life that loves Boysenberry Festival and are looking for a way to bring the festival to them, there are also pre-made Festival Boxes that are ready to be delivered from Knott’s online marketplace. Take-Home Food & Beverage Products

Bring the flavor of boysenberries to your everyday meals with these items.

Food

If you are hoping to stuff your car full of snacks for the trip home, this is the festival for you. There are countless pre-packaged treats to enjoy after your visit. The majority are sweet but you definitely find a few savory ones as well. 

To infuse a little Knott’s into your cooking, there are plenty of jams, sauces, jellies, and mixes. These are a frequently rotating batch of goods, so you never know what you’ll find. There’s often some new things to try in addition to the standard classics like Boysenberry Preserves.

Beverage

If you love the flavor of boysenberry so much that you want to drink it every day, the Boysenberry Punch Concentrate will help achieve that goal.

Knott’s also offers bottles of Boysenberry Sasparilla, which I personally enjoyed. They are available in a 4-pack to-go box (seen below) as well as individual bottles stored in an ice bucket.

There are 30 craft stalls run by local artisans at the Boysenberry Craft Fair, with a little something for everyone. I encourage festival-goers to browse each one because every vendor is totally unique. Here are a few berry special treasures that you’ll find at some of the stalls:

Bonus Round: Game Prizes!

A specially-themed game was set up for the festival, Harvest Mania, where you throw bean bags into baskets that rotate around a pole. Interestingly, visitors don’t use a game card to play as they would normally. Instead, you pay with a credit card or cash. There are three price tiers based on the prize you want to “win” (to make things less stressful, you get the prize you paid for no matter how many beanbags you score in the baskets).

Speaking of prizes, all of them are Squishmallow plushes! The “large prize” is a Boysenberry Pie Squishmallow with a darling “First Prize” blue ribbon tag on it.
