A new cavalcade made its debut today (February 11th, 2022) at Magic Kingdom! In celebration of Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary, a total of 30 Disney friends party down the parade route – the most characters in any WDW cavalcade yet!
The mini-parade consists of two parade floats, with scenes of adventures along the base and a compass on top.
Of the familiar faces you may see are Mary Poppins and Bert, Woody and Jessie (in new costumes!), Mulan, Moana, Nick and Judy from Zootopia, Clarabelle Cow, Baloo and King Louie, Merida, Marie, Mr. & Mrs. Incredible, Elena, Max Goof, Pocahontas, Meeko, José Carioca and Panchito of The Three Caballeros, Stitch, Timon, Turk, Aladdin, Jasmine, and Genie.
And Miguel from Coco also makes his Walt Disney World debut, dressed in his Mariachi best!

Most of the characters are dancing down the parade route, with a few on each of the two floats. A new version of Vamos! from “Move It, Shake It, Celebrate It!” plays, setting an energetic tone.
The Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade rolls through Magic Kingdom from Frontierland through Liberty Square and down Main Street U.S.A. four times each day: 11:25 AM, 2:25 PM, 4:00 PM, and 5:50 PM.
It’s refreshing to see more character appearances at Magic Kingdom. And this cavalcade feels like a little entertainment bonus since the Festival of Fantasy parade also returns on March 9th!
