Let the Music Move You! Real Music Concert Series Returns to Busch Gardens Tampa Bay

Let the music play! The Real Music Series concerts are returning to Busch Gardens Tampa in 2022 and offers a little something for everyone, from 50s doo-wop and R&B, to disco and yacht rock, to classic rock & roll!

The Real Music Series runs Tuesdays-Sundays (no shows Fridays or Saturdays) beginning January 4 through February 27. Showtimes are at 11:30am and 1:30pm at the Stanleyville Theatre. And the shows are included with park admission!

Here’s the lineup for the Real Music Series 2022:

January 4-9: The Diamonds

The Diamonds have had 16 Billboard Top 100 recordings including three Gold Records – “Silhouettes”, “The Stroll”, and “Little Darlin’”. Dick Clark dubbed “Little Darlin’” the Nation Anthem of Rock & Roll. The Diamonds logged 33 appearances on American Bandstand on their way to being inducted into the Vocal Group Hall of Fame and the Doo-Wop Hall of Fame. Every live performance features great vocal harmony and high-energy entertainment as the group performs the most memorable songs from four decades of pop hits. The Diamonds are classic rock and roll icons. 

January 11-16: EagleMania: The World’s Greatest Eagles Tribute Band

EagleMania has been entertaining audiences for over a decade by spectacularly reproducing the music of The Eagles. EagleMania thrills internationally sold-out audiences with their five-part harmony, virtuoso guitar work and uncanny ability to emulate the distinct sound of The Eagles. The EagleMania show consists of the Eagles’ greatest hits, as well as select Don Henley, Glenn Frey, and Joe Walsh solo efforts.

We have seen Eaglemania in the past and they really ARE an amazing tribute to The Eagles.

January 18-23: Let’s Hang On: America’s Number 1 Frankie Valli Tribute Show

Let’s Hang On has established itself as the preeminent Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons tribute group by combining spot-on vocals and crisp choreography with an ability to entertain an audience. The seasoned performers respectfully pay tribute to all these classic “Four Seasons” details while also paying tribute to the Broadway show, The Jersey Boys.

January 25-30: All-4-One

If you’re a sucker for love songs, then you’ve likely heard the name All-4-One and their songs like “I Swear”, “I Can Love You Like That”, “So Much In Love”, “ I Turn To You”, “These Arms”, “Beautiful As You” and many more. The Grammy Award Winning group All-4-One is internationally known for making beautiful love songs that not only chart radio airwaves but also garner numerous awards.

February 1-6: Hollywood Nights: The Bob Seger Experience

Hollywood Nights – The Bob Seger Experience, is the ultimate tribute to Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band. This 9-piece New Jersey-based powerhouse has set out to re-create everything about Bob and his music right down to the smallest detail. Determined to leave no stone unturned, Hollywood Nights even tours with a baby grand piano. The band prides itself on continuing the amazing groundwork laid down by Bob over the past 30 years. They share the belief that only Bob and his fans have come to know, learn, and love: Represent the voice of every fan, his or her values, working-class background, and the love of rock ‘n’ roll. If you are a true Bob Seger fan, you won’t want to miss Hollywood Nights!

February 8-13: ARRIVAL From Sweden: The Music of ABBA

From iconic hits to show-stopping outfits, ARRIVAL from Sweden is more than a cover band. Founded by Vicky Zetterberg in the heart of Sweden in 1995, ARRIVAL from Sweden has quickly become one of the world’s most popular ABBA show bands. Since 1995, the band has toured in over 55 countries, has appeared on TV and radio shows internationally, and has played with more than 60 symphony orchestras across the globe. Relive the ABBA spirit by singing along to such classics as “Dancing Queen”, “Mamma Mia”, “Take A Chance On Me” and many more!

Their tribute to ABBA is fitting, considering that the original group is back with their first album in nearly 40 years, and actually up for a Grammy in 2022!

February 15-20: Ambrosia

In the year 1970, four young musicians from the South Bay of Los Angeles came together to create a new invigorating style of music. Exploring the possibilities of progressive, classical and world influences, yet rooted with the soul of the blues and R&B, Joseph Puerta, Christopher North, Burleigh Drummond, and David Pack created a new sound that was defined and recognized as “Ambrosia.” Today the band is more alive and compelling than ever. They are proud of their musically diverse history and embrace their popularity gained through heavy play on “Yacht Rock Stations.” Ambrosia, with three of the four original members together after 51 years, continues to perform live and showcases both their legacy hit material and prog side.

February 22-27: Simply Queen: The Most Incredible Live Tribute to Queen

SIMPLY QUEEN is a world-class act! This completely live tribute performs all the iconic songs that have made Queen one of the most legendary rock bands of all time and faithfully recreates the grand scope of Queen’s live shows – musically and visually capturing the amazing live Queen experience that has filled stadiums around the world. The band is fronted by Freddie Mercury impersonator extraordinaire, Rick Rock (vocal/piano/guitar), CC Lambrick (guitar/keyboards/vocal), Mitch Taylor (bass/vocal) & Phil Charrette (drums/vocals). Based in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, they are veteran musicians who have performed in festivals, theatres and arenas across North America and beyond.
