The Christmas Hype Begins – 2021 Disneyland Holiday Merchandise Preview

The Disneyland Resort is gearing up for the 2021 holiday season, and we are already counting down the days. The special seasonal celebration begins on November 12, with festivities held all around the Resort. Today, we take a look at the holiday-themed attire for Mickey and Minnie Mouse, for when they are out in Town Square in Disneyland, as well as previews of some of the delightful merchandise heading to the Resort’s shops this year.

Mickey and Minnie’s Holiday Best

Donning puffy jackets and striped scarves, Mickey and Minnie certainly look like they are ready for a day on the slopes. 

Magic Keyholders have the opportunity to see the pair in these outfits, even before Holiday Time. Mickey and Minnie will occasionally pop into the exclusive Magic Key Lounge in Tomorrowland’s Starcade. But keep in mind that the limited-time location closes up shop on October 30.

Merry Holiday Merchandise

In addition to those lively costumed characters, a handful of merchandise was revealed. These are from the merchandise collection called Walt’s Holiday Lodge.

I particularly love that the Mickey and Minnie plush toys are dressed in outfits that match the characters seen in Disneyland. I bet that will make for some adorable photos of guests holding the plush while meeting with the characters.

This Loungefly Mini Backpack features Mickey and Minnie on a ski lift and the couple actually swings back and forth a bit on the front of the bag. Such a darling detail.

The Ear Headband has a print on the ears that matches the one found on the Spirit Jersey. It is full of Mickey and the gang making memories at the slopes.

There is also a denim button-up shirt for a more rustic look.
