While we enjoyed the yumminess that was last year’s Flower & Garden and Food & Wine hybrid festival, we’re so glad EPCOT’s full International Food & Wine Festival is back in its delicious, stomach-filling glory! This year, guests can sip and stroll through 6 continents of cuisine, including 10 new Global Marketplace food booths and plenty of returning festival favorites.

Insider Tips

Review the Festival Passport for Food & Wine in advance! Map out and highlight what you’d like to try during your trip around the world – a digital passport is accessible via the My Disney Experience app. And of course, it’s always nice to pick up a physical copy once you arrive!

Take Advantage of Festival Rest Areas. There’s no World Showplace Festival Center this time around, and we’re approaching the hottest summer months… what to do?! Thankfully, park operations thought this through and have set up four devoted areas for guests to sit, sip, and rest for a while. And three of them feature that sweet conditioned air! If you’re starting to feel the effects of Florida weather (hot and muggy), stop by Brew-Wing at Future World’s Odyssey, American Adventure’s Rotunda Bistro, Morroco’s Restaurant Marrakesh, and Canada’s Far & Wide theater, which are all devoted rest areas for this year’s Food & Wine Festival. Bonus: there are always food and beverage options nearby to help you re-charge.

Purchase a Disney Gift Card to make paying easier as you travel from culinary destination to destination. Plus, you can better keep track of your spending! EPCOT offers handy-dandy Food & Wine-themed miniature gift cards attached to a wrist strap, so you won’t have to fumble for your wallet at each food booth!

Avoid the Weekends! If you’re planning to visit Walt Disney World for the Food & Wine Festival and you want to avoid crowds, we recommend avoiding EPCOT on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Locals tend to visit the parks on the weekend, so festival food booth lines are often much longer.
