The release of Raya and the Last Dragon is almost upon us! The movie will be available in theaters as well as on Disney+ with Premier Access starting March 5 and I have been eagerly counting down the days. And to help prepare for the festivities, Disney has created a plethora of merchandise for the film. From toys of various types to clothing, there is certainly a lot to choose from.

Let’s visit the world of Raya and the Last Dragon through the magic of merchandise!

Raya and the Last Dragon Figures

From dolls to static figures to LEGO sets, there are plenty of options for figure collectors.

Raya Classic Doll ($19.99)

As one might expect, the titular heroine is available for purchase in doll form. This 11-inch fully-posable toy is dressed in several layers of clothing (including gauntlets!) and comes with hat, sword, and boots accessories.

Sisu Dragon Lights and Sounds Toy ($29.99)

And let’s not forget the “Last Dragon” herself, Sisu! This 15-inch long toy not only has multiple joints for posing and a soft, fuzzy mane but she also has lighting and sound effects. The light effects, which give the dragon’s scales an ethereal glow, can be triggered by pressing the orb at her chest. And by making a stomping motion with her claws or waving her through the air (as if she were flying), Sisu will emit different sounds.

Sisu Human Classic Doll ($19.99)

You can also score an 11-inch doll of Sisu in her human form. Like the Raya doll we saw previously, Sisu has 16 points of articulation, allowing for all sorts of fun poses and other kinds of play. Not only is she dressed in a detailed costume but the doll also comes with a gem (seen in her hand) and shoes.

Young Raya and Chief Benja Doll Set ($19.99)

If you have been devouring the trailers and teaser footage of Raya and the Last Dragon, you will recall seeing Raya as a young girl with her father, Chief Benja. This set of two dolls includes one for both father and daughter. Each doll has five points of articulation and comes dressed in clothing seen in the movie.

Kumandra Story Set ($24.99)

This pack of seven figures will allow fans to recreate scenes from the movie or create new stories of their own. The set includes Raya, Sisu in dragon form, Sisu in human form, Boun, and the trio of Ongis. In addition to the characters, the set also includes several accessories: Raya’s sword and a jacket and satchel for human Sisu.

Noi Funko POP! Figure ($10.99)

Noi is a character that I haven’t seen much merchandise for. Thankfully, Funko is here to help fill the void with the addition of their Noi Funko POP! figure. As is typical of POP! figures, the proportions of the character are changed (although, not all that much for this one). If you are a collector of these static figures, Funko has several other characters from the film including several different Raya ones (here, here, and here), Sisu in dragon form, Tuk Tuk, Namaari, and, the Ongis.

Raya and the Heart Palace LEGO Set ($79.99) – Available March 1

This LEGO set includes everything you’ll need to build this scene of Raya at the Heart Palace. And once you’ve finished assembling all 610 pieces, you can still have fun playing with the diorama, which has all sorts of hidden details, like revolving walls that reveal other rooms. The set also comes with mini-doll figures of Raya and Namaari, along with Tuk Tuk and Namaari’s Serlot.

Boun’s Boat LEGO Set ($49.99) – Available March 1

For those looking for a less complicated LEGO project, I would recommend this one of Boun’s boats, shown in the above trailer. This set has 247 pieces so it should not take as much time to build as the previous item. This one is full of colorful details, seen in the Boun’s wares and signs. Included are the pieces needed to build Boun’s large shrimp boat, a smaller boat, and the dock, plus mini-doll figures of Human Sisu and Boun along with three Ongi figures.

Raya and the Last Dragon Plushes

Plushes are my merchandise medium of choice. Luckily, there are some enticing options based on the movie’s charming characters.

Fold and Roll Tuk Tuk ($9.99)

This 11-inch long plush of Raya’s sidekick and stead, Tuk Tuk, is not only cute just chilling around on his stomach but he can also be rolled up into a ball, like in the movie. So you can share some rolling-around playtime and settle down for a cuddle season, all with the same plush. Tuk Tuk’s shell has an embossed pattern on the fabric while the underside is just plain fuzzy.

Ongis Chattering Plush ($24.99)

The three Ongis come as a set and can be connected with the magnets in their hands but that’s not all! Connecting the hands of two or three of the Ongis causes the critters to make noises and talk amongst themselves.

Role-playing Raya and the Last Dragon

You (or the child in your life) can imagine yourself in the Raya and the Last Dragon with the help of this merchandise.

Raya’s Adventure Outfit ($27.80)

This one is for kids only! It’s a two-piece costume (jumpsuit and cape) that lets would-be heroes pretend they are Raya. The jumpsuit uses multiple layers along with printed details on the fabric to mimic Raya’s outfit.

Raya’s Action and Adventure Sword ($22.99)

This toy version of Raya’s blade not only makes noise but also lights up! The effects are motion-activated so you can feel as you are right in the middle of a battle. Even without the special effects, the sculpting and paint job on the sword is impressive. The hilt looks wooden and the blade certainly appears to be battle-worn, with rust or maybe dust accumulating on the blade.

Themed Clothing

And for some more practical merchandise, Raya and the Last Dragon also have themed clothing to call their own.

Raya and the Last Dragon Hooded Jacket for Girls ($39.99)

I am genuinely jealous that they don’t make this jacket in adult sizes. The mixture of screen-printed and embroidered artworks (plus a little metal flower!) works well together. There are graphics on the front as well as the back. I love the color choices, which do an excellent job of adding a rugged look with some feminine flair.

Ongis Zip-Up Hoodie for Kids ($29.99)

The stars of this kids’ zip-up hoodie are the Ongis, who you’ll find screen-printed on the front along with the phrase “Team Work.” As an added bonus, there is a teeny-tiny Tuk Tuk appliqué in the bottom-front corner. You can’t tell from the photo but those who love pockets need not fret because this hoodie does, in fact, have them – one on each side.

Raya Bounce Shirt ($20.90 – $28.90)

This adult shirt is listed in men’s sizes but I don’t see any reason why a woman couldn’t wear it. The art featured on it has a sort of energetic quality with the characters pictured literally jumping into their next adventure. My one complaint with this shirt is that it doesn’t include all of Raya’s ragtag team. Noi and Tong are noticeably absent. I wonder why that choice was made.
