On Tuesday, May 12, the Universal Orlando Resort announced that select venues at Universal CityWalk will re-open on Thursday, May 14th. Hours will be 4:00pm to 10:00pm daily. Universal Orlando will be requiring face coverings and temperature checks (measured temperatures must be below 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit) for all Guests and Team Members. Self Parking will be free. Valet Parking will be unavailable.
Universal Orlando CityWalk Venues Reopening
Universal posted the following list of venues that are confirmed to be open:
Select venues are scheduled to be open daily from 4–10 pm.
Reservations are recommended.
Universal Orlando Full-service restaurants and quick-service food locations:
- Auntie Anne’s Pretzels
- Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.™ Restaurant and Market
- Jimmy Buffett’s® Margaritaville® (outside & Lone Palm)
- Red Oven Pizza Bakery™ mobile ordering available
- Voodoo Doughnut mobile ordering available
Each restaurant will have a limited menu and limited seating available.
Universal Orlando Shopping venues:
- Airbrush
- Hart & Huntington Tattoo Company® (retail only)
- Universal Studios Store™ and select merchandise carts
Universal Orlando Entertainment venue:
It is important to note that Universal Cinemark Theaters will NOT be re-opening at this time. This is also true of all nightclubs and Blue Man Group.
