Today is the March release for the Minnie Mouse: The Main Attraction collection! Every month, our dear gal Minnie gets a new look based on a classic Disney attraction, plus some matching merchandise as well. The Limited Release monthly series has so far highlighted Space Mountain and Pirates of the Caribbean so where do we go from here? To Wonderland (or Fantasyland) for a Mad Tea Party, of course! March’s collection is inspired by those dizzying teacups and I must confess, this one is my favorite by far. The colors and patterns are wonderfully whimsical. Let’s take a look, shall we?
Where to Buy This Month’s Release
With the closure of the Disney Parks as well as brick and mortar Disney Stores, shopDisney is the only location for this collection. All of the items shown below will be available starting today (March 21) at 7am PST. These items sold out quickly for the previous two months. This time, there’s only one method of purchase available so be prepared to be online at 7am if you can!
Minnie Mouse: The Main Attraction Plush ($29.99)
Can we talk about how the dress on March’s plush is patterned after one of the Mad Tea Party’s teacups? I am in love! Not only is Minnie rocking that awesome dress, but she is also adorned with a dapper, velveteen top hat, complete with polka dot net. There is even a little teacup embellishment on the bow. The colors on Ms. Mouse herself are shades of pink and purple.

Minnie Mouse: The Main Attraction Ear Headband ($34.99)
The top hat’s polka dot veil adds a touch of class to this Ear Headband. And class is what’s called for with a proper tea party, even a mad one.

Minnie Mouse: The Main Attraction Mini-Backpack by Loungefly ($75)
I am slightly disappointed the top hat didn’t make it into the mini-backpack’s design (the veil did, though). Even sans hat, this mini-backpack is a dapper addition to a Loungefly fan’s collection.

Minnie Mouse: The Main Attraction Pin Set ($19.99)
One of the things I love about this series is how synergistic it is. This three-piece pin set features Minnie wearing her Mad Tea Party getup and holding a teacup (is it just a regular teacup or is it a full-size attraction vehicle? I guess that’s up for you to decide!), the Ear Headband, and one of Mat Tea Party teacups. The theme this month is very whimsical and makes for a beautiful pin set.

Minnie Mouse: The Main Attraction Mug ($19.99)
You can use this mug for coffee, but doesn’t tea feel more appropriate? The upper portion of the mug is covered in the Mad Tea Party-inspired pattern, then “wrapped” with a tea cup-embellished bow. And here’s a fun fact for owners of any of the previous month’s mugs: these things are stackable!
