Jambo! While spending some time at Disney’s Animal Kingdom recently, I spotted some fresh and fun merchandise. One line features an array of Walt Disney World icons (plus a few mistakes!) and the other celebrates the Tree of Life. Let’s take a look!
ABC Disney Merchandise
First up, this new ABC Disney collection is great for those looking for a personalized souvenir… or maybe someone who would like to collect all 26 of the exclusive park designs!
I found the new collection at Riverside Depot, the flagship merchandise store of Animal Kingdom. I was told this collection can also currently be found at the Emporium in Magic Kingdom and World of Disney in Disney Springs.
If you have one too many mugs already, the collection also includes trinket boxes with the detailed monogram designs…
A-Z keychains are also available!
The swirly filigree frame is a cute touch – but the monogram image quality looks grainy when compared to the mug and trinket box designs.
Oops! Walt Disney World received two of Disneyland’s letters… I only found these among the keychain designs. But, I’m guessing this means we’ll see Disneyland’s own ABC Disney collection very soon!
The merchandise team is aware of the issue but were told to keep them out for guests to purchase at WDW.
Wild About Adventure Merchandise
Here’s another newer collection that caught my eye… I’m partial to unique park or resort merchandise, rather than a generic “Walt Disney World 2020” shirt. This new Animal Kingdom-exclusive merch celebrates the park’s icon with vibrant colors and fun details.
The Tree of Life is featured on every product, from t-shirts and sweatshirts to magnets and picture frames.
Look at all of those detailed creatures found in the trunk AND leaves! I spy a Yeti, Carnataurus and Iguanadon in there…
A t-shirt featuring the same Tree of Life design is available in both youth and adult sizes.
This mesh hat should keep you cool from the Florida sun:
They’ve updated the Tree of Life mug design from previous years – this one is a bit more dimensional and finished with a shiny glaze.
The Yeti and Carnataurus are also found here!
This frame has a nice organic look to it, the logos are engraved into the wood:
This one follows the detailed design of the new shirts and mugs…
A magnet and plush throw share the same “Wild about Adventure” design, featuring the park icon, Tree of Life Garden sign and Expedition Everest looming in the background:
These shirts feature the same design, but with a few nighttime elements!

That’s all for now!
What do you think of these new collections? Any hits or misses? Do you enjoy park-specific merchandise or do you prefer the more generic Walt Disney World or Disney Parks merchandise lines?
