Every year during Superbowl, we look forward to the many creative commercials and movie trailers. During this year’s Superbowl, Disney released two new trailers, Marvel Studios “Black Widow” and the final trailer for “Mulan.” Let’s take a look at these two new films coming soon. And let us know which you are most looking forward to!
Mulan
Filmmaker Niki Caro brings the epic tale of China’s legendary warrior to life in Disney’s “Mulan,” in which a fearless young woman risks everything out of love for her family and her country to become one of the greatest warriors China has ever known. When the Emperor of China issues a decree that one man per family must serve in the Imperial Army to defend the country from Northern invaders, Hua Mulan, the eldest daughter of an honored warrior, steps in to take the place of her ailing father. Masquerading as a man, Hua Jun, she is tested every step of the way and must harness her inner-strength and embrace her true potential.
MULAN opens in U.S. theaters on March 27.
Black Widow
In Marvel Studios’ action-packed spy thriller “Black Widow,” Natasha Romanoff aka Black Widow confronts the darker parts of her ledger when a dangerous conspiracy with ties to her past arises. Pursued by a force that will stop at nothing to bring her down, Natasha must deal with her history as a spy and the broken relationships left in her wake long before she became an Avenger. Scarlett Johansson reprises her role as Natasha/Black Widow, Florence Pugh stars as Yelena, David Harbour portrays Alexei/The Red Guardian, and Rachel Weisz is Melina.
“Black Widow” is the first film in Phase Four of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and arrives in theaters on May 1, 2020.
In addition to the movie trailer, new character posters were also released.
