Where are my fellow night owls and Star Wars fans at? If you’ll be in Anaheim for the Star Wars Celebration event that runs from August 27th – August 30th, 2020 at the Anaheim Convention Center, you’ll be in for a treat on opening night! On August 27th, 2020 Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nite will be taking over the park after dark, and you can join in on all the excitement. Even if you’re not attending the convention, this is a chance for you to join in the fun! This is a separate ticket event, so you’ll need to get your ticket ahead of time once they go up on Disneyland.com.
The excitement begins at 6 p.m. where there will be special entertainment, including a Star Wars-themed fireworks show, galactic dance parties, character encounters and so much more. You’ll be able to feast your eyes on enhanced decor and event merchandise, all while you actually feast on Star Wars-inspired food and beverages. If you’re a fan of taking those once in a lifetime photos, there will be immersive photo opportunities and unlimited digital downloads of Disney PhotoPass photos that are taken during the party.
You will be able to make reservations for the Droid Depot and Savi’s Workshop through the website, or in the Disneyland mobile app. Both reservations are highly recommended if you intend to visit them during the party especially.
Other Disneyland After Dark events that have previously been announced for 2020 include 80s Nite (January 29th, 2020), Sweetheart’s Nite (February 12th and 13th, 2020), Pixar Nite (March 5th, 2020), and Villains Nite (April 30th, 2020).
