It’s only a few weeks before the holidays begin at Knott’s Merry Farm. Today, the last piece of entertainment to top their tree for this season was announced. Drawing on nostalgic music and days long past, Home for the Holidays will be the perfect addition for Knott’s this year.
Home for the Holidays
The Calico Mine Stage is transformed into an idyllic Winter Wonderland, just like a picture print from Currier & Ives, where you can experience some of the most iconic Christmas songs and memories through singing and dancing. The show is set in 1915 and is the old-fashioned Christmas that you only could have dreamed of, filled with stories of friends, family and holiday traditions.
This show will be replacing the It’s the Merriest Christmas Show Ever, Charlie Brown. Although we have enjoyed that show, we’re excited to see what this season brings.
Marley’s Wings
Over in the Bird Cage Theater, Knott’s will be adding a brand new show to accompany the classic Charles Dicken’s A Christmas Carol called Marley’s Wings. The new show will follow Ebenezer Scrooge after that fateful Christmas night to see if he really has had a change of heart. This new show replaces The Gift of Magi.
We will have more information about this upcoming shows soon! If you want info about the rest of the Knott’s Merry Farm 2019 lineup, be sure to read the article below.
