PRICE INCREASE
In more Walt Disney World news, the parks recently announced a price hike for tickets in the peak holiday season. Tickets for days around Christmas and New Years spiked from $129 to $159. Other holidays such as Memorial Day and Easter also have new prices. Additionally, single-day Park Hopper tickets also increased by up to $30, a dramatic one year increase. But it’s not all bad news. At this time there is no increase on other tickets or Annual Passes.
All in all, this wasn’t as bad as it may sound. It’s mostly the busiest days that ticket prices have increased. Perhaps that will help shift crowds to less crowded times of year. Or, perhaps it will just make the whole year feel busy. What are your thoughts?
Well, that does it for this week. Will you be heading to Epcot this year to check out the festival? Do you like what you see? What are your thoughts on the new prices? Let us know in the comments below. Thanks for reading!
