Spring is almost here… which means it’s time for another Epcot festival! The 2019 International Flower & Garden festival starts March 6th, running for 90 continuous days, ending June 3rd.
This annual Epcot event blooms with brilliant gardens, fresh flavors, rockin’ entertainment and more!
Just a few days ago, Disney invited us to preview some of the new offerings making their festival debut. Let’s check them out!
The Food
There are four new Outdoor Kitchens this year: Arbor, The Citrus Blossom, Trowel & Trellis, and Flavor Full Kitchen. With these additions, the food booth count is up to 23 this year!
Here are some the new Outdoor Kitchen offerings we were able to try out:
Arbor | Odyssey Center
The Citrus Blossom | Showcase Plaza
Trowel & Trellis | Showcase Plaza
A fantastic festival addition for vegans! The booth is sponsored by IMPOSSIBLE FOODS the entire menu is plant-based and dairy-free. (This is not clearly stated on the Festival Passport, however I clarified with Chef Wayne, who was the lead for the menu)
Don’t be afraid to try! I’m not vegan [yet], but everything was delicious!
Flavor Full Kitchen | Future World West

Of course, I can’t wait to see all of the gardens and topiaries. I know I’ve said it before, but Epcot really comes alive when there’s a festival happening – the International Flower & Garden Festival is definitely no exception!
Catch me at Epcot enjoying this springtime festival… which kicks off March 6th! I’ll be back with more when the festival officially launches.
