With Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge inching closer to a still undisclosed opening date, Disney is teasing us with bits and pieces of the world we will soon experience. Tuesday night, Disneyland Cast Members were given their first look at the costumes they will be wearing in the new land.
In Black Spire Outpost, the town at Galaxy’s Edge, you’ll find good guys, bad guys and villagers all occupying a faux-for-real environment. The cast will be encouraged to assume a role and play a part in the overall experience. Their costume is an important tool in helping them achieve a look and get into the spirit of the new land.
There are at least 4 different pants and 5 different tops, plus lots of different hats, scarves, vests, jackets, belts and other accessories that cast members can mix and match to suit the weather and their mood.
Cast members were provided with a Galaxy’s Edge “Look Book” to inspire their choices.
