We have a very special father and daughter review of Legoland California’s newest attraction which opens this weekend. This article is by Laura Hamand, an enthusiastic 7 year old theme park lover. Be sure to read her dad’s article as well.
Today I went to the new Ninjago World at Legoland! It opens this weekend. The ride is really, really fun! We went on it about 12 times. Four people ride in a car and four cars load at a time. You are supposed to be shooting things from your hands. Sometimes it was hard to see the things flying onto the screen and it didn’t always keep track of the points. Instead of having a gun to shoot at the bad guys, you wave your hands over the sensor making ninja moves. Each person in the car has a different color, red, green, blue, pink, purple, or yellow. You use different elements to fight the bad guys in different rooms. Somewhere in the ride it takes your picture. My favorite part was shooting stuff and beating the bad guys.
There is also a new food place that serves banh mi and bao. I liked the bread for the sandwiches. There is also a rock wall and some spinners. Before we went on the ride there was a ceremony with lots of confetti! There were ninjas and one came off the roof. There were drummers and a guitar. I would recommend this ride to friends because it is very fun.
