Dateline Disney World – Animal Kingdom Construction

Let’s head off the trail and see what’s wild at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. We are hoping to see some of the changes around the park as it transforms for the 2017 opening of Avatar Land. Let’s see what we can find.

Pizzafari is currently closed as well. It’s located just along the path to Avatar.

No more poop themed snacks at Zuri's Sweets. — It’s been a while since Zuri’s Sweets offered poop themed snacks. Does anyone miss them?

I'm very curious to see how this addition will impact the very authentic theme of Serka Zong. — I’m also watching to see how additions such as this one will impact the very authentic theme of Serka Zong.

Primeval Whirl is down for refurbishment.
