Welcome back to Dateline Disney World! This week, we’re taking a trip to the Magic Kingdom, where Halloween bunting has already been hung on Main Street. Let’s scare up a quick update!
Welcome to the Magic Kingdom, where Halloween colors await you.
As you can see, fall and Halloween have arrived at the park.
Yellow and orange everywhere!
Mickey pumpkins are also in the new Hub area.
I really like the new Hub. It’s a pretty and expansive space which helps to handle large crowds.A new section of the outer ring has opened over by Tomorrowland.A look at the old Rose Garden. Lots of green. The huge lights are up for the Night of Joy concert nights this month. You can see here that the castle forecourt is getting new paver stones.
On the Adventureland side of the Hub you’ll find some work being done.
There is a giant new wall up where the Jungle Cruise restaurant is going. They don’t want us to get an early look.
Work continues near the entrance for the new restaurant as well.
Pirates should be reopening soon! The gift shop has reopened already.
Country Bear Jamboree facade is getting some TLC.
Is this tree new?Aunt Polly’s is also receiving some love.Fall decor has also arrived in Liberty Square.
Even in Fantasyland, crowds are minimal. Got to LOVE it.
Refurbishment still happening here. So much cleaning and fixing at the park. Very encouraging.
Soon, the Hub will be complete and this photo will finally no longer have scrims and walls in it.Work happening by the overflow bypass area.
The Uptown Jewelers sign has returned. Some work happening near the Main Street Cinema.
Anybody up for a game of Checkers? If you let me win, I’ll join you. 😉
Time to head home!
