A band of Toy Soldiers march as part of the Christmas parade! This nostalgic set is one that I am personally interested in and am thrilled to share the details with you. Here we go!
Disney Treasures from the Vault – Babes in Toyland Toy Soldiers
You can practically hear the trumpets sound when you look at this pair of limited edition plushes. Each plush stands at 14 inches tall, making them perfect for holiday decor. Details from the original toys are lovingly recreated as a soft plush, such as embroidered facial features. The soldiers’ uniforms are made of a soft velvet with faux leather and gold accent details. One of the pair is playing the trumpet while his partner accompanies him on the drums. The pair come packaged with a certificate of authenticity inside a gold foil-accented box.
As a person who grew up watching Babes in Toyland, this set has huge amount of sentimental value. This is one film I am make sure to watch every holiday season and the scene where Tom leads the toy soldiers into battle against Barnaby is one of my all-time favorites (it’s tied with the “Forest of No Return” part). To see these characters again does my heart good. Thank you, Disney.
