Welcome back to our brand new series: Ten Minutes of Magic! Every day we’ll post a ten-minute video from the Disney Parks, and sometimes other family entertainment locations around the world. The videos are a slice of a specific moment in time in a fixed location. You won’t hear us talking over the video or moving around. Put yourself into the moment by listening to the ambient sounds, taking in the environment, and of course, some good old-fashioned people-watching. It’s almost like being there.
Today, we’re dropping into the fantastical World of Pandora at Walt Disney World’s Animal Kingdom in Florida. You can peacefully watch the waterfall as crowds walk by the floating mountain range.
Pandora: The World of Avatar is set a generation after the films. The conflict between the indigenous Na’vi and the Resources Development Administration (RDA) is over. The Na’vi and humans have achieved peace and Alpha Centauri Expeditions (ACE) is allowing you to visit the planet and study the native Pandoran species.
But the most interesting species on this planet are all those Bermuda shorts wearing bipeds pushing carts filled with little bermuda short wearing clones. You’ll see them wandering and lingering here and there in this video!
