I'm aware of the bandwidth issue. The images are popular here, plus, a lot of other sites are hot linking the concept art from my PhotoBucket account instead of uploading to their own space - so the bandwidth was drained from my PhotoBucket account.

You can still view the images - you just have to open the images in their own window (drag and drop "Bandwidth exceeded" image into your web browser and image will load.)

Sorry, I would transfer them to another account, but changing all of the links would be a lot of work. The bandwidth will be reset around the 15th of February.

Thanks

Why is Maliboomer being removed? This is one of my favorite rides at DCA.

Re: Disney's California Adventure Project Tracker

Cause it sucks! LOL It truly isn't a "Disney Ride." I'm not sure though.

Probably a few reasons - Maliboomer hardly ever has a wait time exceeding 5 minutes, plus the team of Imagineers working on recreating DCA probably feel that the attraction is appropriate for a victorian-era seaside pier. It probably will be more cost-effective AND thematically contributive to remove the attraction and add something more relevant to the victorian-era theme Paradise Pier is adopting.

Instead of taking away muppets, why dont they put the philharmonic in the Golden Dreams theatre?

Thank you so much for this wonderful thread!

Because the Golden Dreams theater is going the way of the Dodo (sp?) around 2009/2010, to make way for the new "Voyage of the Little Mermaid" ride.

I hope this doesn't burst your bubble.

You could go to Knott's and ride something just as cheap and unthemed. I expect more from Disney than just an air-powered thrill ride with some gawdy tarps. Yeeeeeck.

Re: Disney's California Adventure Project Tracker

When I told my 8 yr old son that they are thinking of removing Maliboomer, he said, "That's okay, I can ride that at Six Flags anyway."

Are there any plans for anything for next to Monster's Inc? That area back there looks empty at times.

Re: Disney's California Adventure Project Tracker

I really hope that they stop booking the millionare building for private parties and start thinking about a replacement attraction. I would not mind that building and the muppet building joined togetheer for one big attraction.
