Disney Channel

I don't ever watch the Disney Channel, but when I'm flipping channels and happen to get a glimpse of one of the shows, I see how bad the lighting, cinematography and the acting is. Does this kind of overacting and bright, yellowish lighting make the shows appeal more to kids? Like, by make the shows seem brighter and more...cheerful?

I love the Disney channel and I'm 21. It's so innocent and clean and happy. It's totally not anywhere near the real world and I love that it's an escape. I also watch it in the middle of the night, since I"m an insomniac, and I love that there is always something good on. As for the bad acting, I think that every time I go see a movie with Kirsten Dunst or Julia Roberts in it. So adults can be bad actors too. And as a child development major and preschool teacher, trust me, kids don't notice a lot.

My beloved Zoog Disney. I thik it was supposed to be like if robots lived in your computer this is how it would be type of deal. How I miss Bug Juice, The Torkelsons, For Better or Worse and Babysitters Club among others. Does anyone remember a show with a guy named Tucker and a girl whose name escapes me but I know her real name was Jewel something or other.

Oh gosh.. babysitters club.. gah I remember that but I never really got into it. I still have a few books of babysitters club rofl. But yeah, playhouse disney bugs me whenever my cousins watch it. I can't believe I ever watched that type of stuff... but regular disney is nice if I want to drift away from reality like alice's wonderland said.

P.S. I watched Hannah Montana for the first time a few days ago and it wasn't half bad!

Well, yes because I barely watch tv anymore and my parents always hog it. WHen they go to work in the summer is when I own the TV so since hannah montana came out during the school year, I hadn't seen it.

You're actually lucky you have it. I only get Family Channel. The Canadian-Disney Channel-Wanna-Be. But most of their shows are pretty good. But, heck, get rid of LM already.

It was rather nice when I went because We stayed at this uhhhhhhhhh.. It might have been a hilton, I don't remember. All I remember was It was really fancy and the beds were like sleeping on clouds! Way better then a normal hotel, oh and If I ever got hungry I would walk out my door and there would be an elevator down the hall which I could go down on and there was a starbucks like right outside it. It was lovely. I could roll over and look out the window and see the falls(which turn colors at night time).
